■ Zoho CRM のウィザード機能とは?
Zoho CRM のウィザード機能は、データ入力を進めやすくするための機能です。 ウィザードを使用すると、データ入力用のフォームを複数の画面に分割し、段階的に入力項目を表示することができます。また。入力を中断する場合、そのデータを下書きとして保存し、後から入力を再開するように設定できます。
この機能を利用することで、入力項目が多いデータでも、スムーズに入力できるようになります。
ウィザードについての基本情報は、以下よりご確認ください。
■ アップデートされた機能(検索欄)について
今回のアップデートで、表示要素に検索欄(質問)が追加されました。
この機能を利用すると、検索欄に入力した値を特定のタブの項目でデータ検索して、その結果に基づいた特定の処理を実行することが可能です。
検索欄で入力した値に該当するデータが見つかった場合、実行可能な処理は以下の通りです。
- 検索結果の一覧からデータを選択して、ルックアップ項目に反映する
- 別の画面に移動する
- 画面にウィジェットを表示する
- ポップアップでメッセージを表示する
- 表示要素(テキスト)にメッセージを表示する
- 項目にメッセージを表示する
検索欄で入力した値に該当するデータが見つからない場合、以下の処理を実行できます。
- 現在のタブまたは関連するタブにデータを作成する
- 別の画面に移動する
- 現在の画面にウィジェットを表示する
- ポップアップでメッセージを表示する
- テキスト要素にメッセージを表示する
- 項目欄にメッセージを表示する
■ 検索欄の活用例
今回は連絡先タブに検索欄を設定した例を紹介します。例えば、以下の条件で検索欄を設定することができます。
(例)顧客の電話番号から、該当する取引先の企業を検索してデータに関連づける
検索欄
- 要素の名前:電話番号(企業)
- データの参照先(タブ):取引先
- データの参照先(項目):電話番号
該当するデータにおける処理
- 検索欄で入力した値に該当するデータが見つかった場合の処理:データ選択用の一覧を表示し、選択内容を[取引先名]の項目に反映
- 検索欄で入力した値に該当するデータが見つからなかった場合の処理:取引先にデータを作成
まず、検索欄の”電話番号(企業)”項目に、取引先タブの"電話番号"項目の登録データの中から検索したい値("045")を入力して、項目の右に表示されている虫眼鏡マーク
をクリックします。
該当するデータが見つかると、データ選択用の一覧で表示されます。
選択した取引先データが、"取引先名"の項目に反映されます。
該当するデータが見つからなかった場合は、ポップアップが表示され、データを新規作成することができます。

Is there any way to stop projects from making tasks lists disappear when all the tasks in the list are completed? That's one of those little things where we're constantly fighting the product. For instance we have some projects which are ongoing - no start and end date. We use Kanban view to show the various task lists.
