3/19(水)に東京ユーザー交流会を開催しました。当日は22名のユーザーの皆さまにご参加いただきました。本投稿ではその様子をお届けします！

Zohoサービス活用事例セッション： Let's 活用！Zoho CRM レポート機能
過去の参加者から特に多くのリクエストがあったテーマで、基本機能から応用的な活用方法まで、説明動画を交えながら分かりやすくご紹介いただきました。

各タブや複数タブの関連性を、データやグラフで視覚的・数値的に把握ができます。Zoho CRM 内のデータをリアルタイムで活用し、定期レポート送信やダッシュボードでの統合表示も対応可能です。

商談メモに顧客対応を記録するだけで、日報の自動作成・送付が可能です。簡易報告に特化し、業務の効率化を重視する場合に特に適しています。

Zoho CRM に蓄積される重複や不完全なデータを定期的に洗い出し、整理することで、商談状況を正確に把握することが可能です。不要なデータの発生を極力抑えるためにも、CRMの入力規則や項目の依存関係を活用することも重要です。

グループワーク
今回は「Zohoサービスの社内浸透/理解度向上のTips共有会」をテーマに実施しました。Zoho は製品数が多く、機能も多岐に渡るため「できることが多くてどこから手をつけようか迷う」などの声が上がることもあります。
そのような声を交流会で解決できたらと思い、本テーマでグループワークを実施しました！各者がこれまで培ってきたナレッジをユーザーさん目線で共有いただける貴重な機会となりました。
Zoho Champion パネルディスカッション
2024年度のZoho Championの中から、@Anonymous User (鈴田二紀)さんと松井さんにご登壇いただきました。ユーザーの皆さまから要望の多かった「Marketing Automation」「Campaigns」「CRM」について、パネルディスカッションを実施しました。
Marketing AutomationとCampaignsの違いや、各メール配信サービスとCRMからのメール配信の違いなど、ユーザー視点ならではの過去の活用事例を交えてお話しいただきました。

懇親会
多くの方に懇親会にもご参加いただきました！セッション中に気になったことや、日々の業務についてなど、参加者同士でざっくばらんに交流されていました。
初の試みとして、コミュニティのイベント参加や、ユーザーヒアリングへの協力など、コミュニティの活動を継続的に支援してくださっているユーザーさんを6名、表彰しました！

I've setup a connection with Zoom in the CRM. I'm using this connection to automate some registrations, so my team doesn't have to manually create them in both the CRM and Zoom. Hello, I've been trying to work on an automatization project lately and I find it difficult to work with this strict structure. To be more explicit, if i would like to get all users participating in a project i would need to get all projects first. Same thing with projects.
