Zoho コミュニティでは、12/8(金)にオフライン形式にて「ユーザー交流会 名古屋 2023 vol.2」を開催しました。本投稿では、その様子をお届けします。当日の登壇資料など、こちらに共有いたしますので、ご参加できなかった皆さまもご確認ください。
事例セッションでは、ONiWAの稲葉様が、導入支援を行った企業の事例をもとに、どのようにZoho One 内のサービスを活用し、集客やリピート誘導を成功させたのかを紹介しました。
お楽しみ会は、Zoho サービスを活用し、業務効率化・自動化を実現したこと、または今後それらを実現するために取り組みたい内容を共有し合うグループワークを行いました。

事例セッション「顧客伴走支援から学ぶZoho One の活用術と可能性」(CRM / Campaigns / Forms / PageSense )
中小企業向けのデジタルマーケティング、DXの戦略立案や、Zoho の導入支援を行うONiWA様に、導入支援先企業(木曽おもちゃ美術館)様の事例を紹介いただきました。
1. 事例の概要
美術館の来館予約システムやWebサイト・受付管理などの業務をZoho One サービスに当てはめて、業務の標準化、情報の可視化、リアルタイムでの情報共有、分析、自動化などを実施。
2. サービスの活用方法(CRM / Forms / PageSense / Analytics / Campaigns / Social )
業務オペレーションが確立されていない中、最低限の実装のみで運用を開始。
Zoho Forms :来館予約フォームを作成。設定している予約数の上限に達した場合は登録を制限できるよう設定。CRMと連動させて、全て登録者リストを取得。
Zoho Analytics :レポートを作成し、日々の予約状況を可視化。
Zoho PageSense :ポップアップ機能を活用し、上述の予約機能の閲覧数を伸ばす。多くの予約件数の獲得に貢献。
Zoho Campaigns :来館予約などで獲得した顧客情報に対してメール配信を行う。
配信結果を分析し、マーケティング戦略につなげている。
Zoho Social :
導入支援先が美術館を運営しており、Instagram との相性が良いこともありSocial も活用。複数人による管理が可能であり、モニタリング機能を使用して特定のハッシュタグやUGCを確認できる。
顧客情報の獲得手法と活用イメージ:
業務プロセスを段階的に構築するためには、実際の業務内容や起こりうる事態を明確に定義すること。Zoho One の強みは、このような業務プロセスを容易にし、連動性を持たせられる点にある。
3. まとめ
CRM(顧客情報)を中心に考えることが、導入支援をする立場として非常に重要だと感じている。(お客様の情報がほぼ全ての業務領域と関連しているため)
まずはオペレーションをZoho に置き換えることから始めて、その後自動化などの業務効率化を検討することがスムーズな運用・定着の鍵になる。
