今年初の開催となる大阪 ユーザー交流会では、
akippa株式会社 内藤さんによるZoho CRM / Forms の事例セッションのほか、
「見込み客・顧客データの管理/活用方法」をテーマに、参加者同士でZohoサービス の活用方法を共有するグループワークを行いました。

Zohoサービス活用事例セッション:
Zoho サービスを活用して業務をアップデート〜目指せ、スプシ依存組織からの脱却
駐車場予約アプリ「akippa」を展開するakippa株式会社の内藤様に、営業対応・業務プロセスの属人化の解消を
目的としたZoho CRM / Forms の活用方法についてご紹介いただきました。
・Zoho の利用全体イメージ / 本日取り上げる内容
駐車場オーナー向けランディングページ(LP)に設置された、問い合わせ/資料ダウンロードフォーム(Zoho Forms)に
届いた内容への対応と、Zoho CRM へのデータ連携*についてお話ししました。
*データ連携などの具体的な設定方法については、当日ハンズオン形式でご紹介いただいたため、
本投稿での詳細な解説は割愛しております。あらかじめご了承ください。
1 業務課題をZohoで解決
以下スライドの課題に記載の通り、Zoho 導入前は特定のメンバーしかツールを活用できないなど、
通知のチェック漏れ、データ集計の手間など、多くの課題がありました。
しかし、これらの課題としていた業務をZohoサービスに置き換えることで、業務改善に繋がりました。
2 具体的なZoho 活用法
2 -1 資料ダウンロードフォーム(Zoho Forms)
LPに設置しているフォーム(資料ダウンロード)は以下画像のように3つのページに分けて構築しました。
- 左で個人情報(必須)
- 数字を入れるだけの項目
- 問い合わせの詳細など
3ページに分割してフォームを運用している理由は離脱防止です。1ページ内に多くの設問数が設置されているフォームの方が、設問数の少ないフォームより離脱率が上昇する傾向があります。
また、最後に入力負荷がかかる項目を持ってきている理由については、ここで入力を辞めたらこれまで入力した労力が無駄になるという「サンクコスト効果」を意識して、意図的に最後に置いています。
2 -2 資料ダウンロードいただいた方への通知(Zoho CRM)
ワークフローで、以下2つの処理を走らせています。
- 資料ダウンロードしていただいた方向けのメール通知
- 社内向けにSlackの通知
前述の「資料ダウンロードしていただいた方向けのメール通知」の内容は、以下画像の通りです。
資料をすぐに表示せず、メールで案内している理由は、資料を受け取った人の反応を確認しやすくするためです。
また、資料ダウンロードがあった際には、社内コミュニケーションツールであるSlackに通知が飛ぶように設定しています。
これにより、問い合わせ内容の確認や、担当者の割り当てなどをスムーズに行えるようにしています。
まとめ
見込み客からの問い合わせ〜フォローアップに関する業務をZohoに置き換え、属人化の解消に取り組んでいます。
また、これまでさまざまなフォームツールを利用してきましたが、
Zoho Formsは最も使い勝手が良いと感じていますので、
ぜひ他のユーザーの皆さんにも一度触っていただきたいです。

見込み客の育成方法や、既存顧客のフォローアップ時にどのようにZohoを活用しているのかを共有していただきました。
共有内容(一部抜粋):
・CRM ポータル機能:紙のDMを送付したお客さまへのフォロー架電をテレマ会社に依頼。テレマ会社とポータルを通じて情報を共有しながら運用しています。
・CRM / Projects 連携:CRMで商談管理し、受注後にProjectsで社内外の関連メンバーと共にタスクを管理しています。
