今回は「Zoho CRM アップデート情報」の中からウィザード機能のアップデート をご紹介します。
今回のアップデートにより、ウィザードの「条件処理ルール」機能が改良され、以前の入力画面の項目を基に条件を設定できるようになりました。
これまでは条件設定が1つの画面内に限られていたため、画面間で情報を関連付ける際に、余分な項目を作成する必要がありました。
今回のアップデートにより、前の画面の情報を利用して次の画面に条件を適用できるため、設定がより効率的になります。
以下、「見込み客」のタブで「新たな見込み客情報を登録するためのウィザード作成手順」を例にご説明します。
※ウィザードの新規作成方法として「はじめから作成する」を選択しています。
最初の画面では、登録者に入力して欲しい見込み客の基本情報の項目をいくつか選択します。
2番目の画面では、見込み客のステータス(例:受注確度)や顧客の年間売上など、より詳細な情報を登録できる項目を選択します。
3. 最後の画面では、「条件処理ルール」を設定することで、2つ目の画面で登録した情報をもとに画面の表示・非表示を制御します。このとき、画面右に「条件処理ルール」の設定モーダルが表示されます。
※キャプチャ内では設定済みの状態が表示されています。
以下のキャプチャのように、ここでは2つ目の画面で「見込み客のステータス」が「見込みあり」と登録された場合のみ、この3つ目の画面が表示されるように条件処理ルールを設定しています。
以上の手順でウィザードの設定を完了すると、「見込み客」のタブで新しい情報を登録する際に、以下のキャプチャのように各画面が順番に表示されるようになります。

この機能を活用することで、各入力処理を画面ごとに分けて保持しながら、プロセスを効率化できます。
さらに、画面の左下にある「戻る」ボタンを使用することで、ユーザーは異なる画面間をより簡単に移動できます。
