【Zoho CRM】設定画面が大幅に刷新されました。

こんにちは！本投稿では、サポートチームが作成した「Zoho CRM のアップデート情報」の記事を紹介します。

【Zoho CRM】設定画面に関するアップデートのお知らせ：設定画面が大幅に刷新されました。

*当アップデートは、全てのデータセンターに適用されています。

*表示される設定メニューやセクションは、利用中のプランによって異なります。

Zoho CRM の設定画面において、セクション名・メニュー名の変更や配置などが変更されました。

設定画面を開くと以下のようなガイドが表示されるため、既にご存じの方も多いかもしれませんが、変更点を何点か紹介します。

＜設定画面にアクセス、もしくは設定画面右上の「設定の更新内容」をクリックすると変更内容を確認できます＞

●「権限」や「役職」の設定が個別のメニューとして表示

これまで権限/役職は[セキュリティ設定]というメニューの中に格納されていましたが、それぞれ「権限」「役職と共有」という個別のメニューが追加され、[セキュリティ管理]のセクションから直接アクセスできるようになりました。同じメニュー内に格納されていた、「データ共有設定」と「Zoho Mail アドオンのユーザー」も同様に個別のメニューとして追加されています。

●新しいセクション[顧客体験管理]が追加

[顧客体験管理]というセクションが新しく追加されました。このセクションでは、「シグナル」「コマンドセンター」「セグメンテーション」の設定にアクセスできます。(利用プランにより表示される機能は異なります）

今回のアップデートはグローバルのコミュニティで受け取ったフィードバックを参考に変更しています。また、将来的な機能拡張を念頭に置き、継続的に変化するCRMの要件に円滑に対応できるように構築されている、とのことです。
