*当アップデートは、全てのデータセンターに適用されています。
*表示される設定メニューやセクションは、利用中のプランによって異なります。
Zoho CRM の設定画面において、セクション名・メニュー名の変更や配置などが変更されました。
設定画面を開くと以下のようなガイドが表示されるため、既にご存じの方も多いかもしれませんが、変更点を何点か紹介します。
<設定画面にアクセス、もしくは設定画面右上の「設定の更新内容」をクリックすると変更内容を確認できます>
●「権限」や「役職」の設定が個別のメニューとして表示
これまで権限/役職は[セキュリティ設定]というメニューの中に格納されていましたが、それぞれ「権限」「役職と共有」という個別のメニューが追加され、[セキュリティ管理]のセクションから直接アクセスできるようになりました。同じメニュー内に格納されていた、「データ共有設定」と「Zoho Mail アドオンのユーザー」も同様に個別のメニューとして追加されています。
●新しいセクション[顧客体験管理]が追加
[顧客体験管理]というセクションが新しく追加されました。このセクションでは、「シグナル」「コマンドセンター」「セグメンテーション」の設定にアクセスできます。(利用プランにより表示される機能は異なります)
関連情報
今回のアップデートはグローバルのコミュニティで受け取ったフィードバックを参考に変更しています。また、将来的な機能拡張を念頭に置き、継続的に変化するCRMの要件に円滑に対応できるように構築されている、とのことです。

Merge Items
Is there a work around for merging items? We currently have three names for one item, all have had a transaction associated so there is no deleting (just deactivating, which doesn't really help. It still appears so people are continuing to use it). I also can't assign inventory tracking to items used in past transactions, which I don't understand, this is an important feature moving forward..
