Bigin Prémium: nueva edición con multidivisa, flujos de trabajo avanzados y mucho más

Nos complace anunciar la nueva edición de Bigin que contiene varias funciones nuevas, como la multidivisa, los flujos de trabajo avanzados, los campos de búsqueda personalizados y mucho más: la edición Prémium.




Ahora Bigin está disponible en tres ediciones: Gratis, Express y Prémium

¿Qué es la Edición Prémium?
La Edición Prémium tiene características adicionales en comparación con la Edición Express, y está dirigida a empresas que necesitan funciones más avanzadas. Estas son las nuevas características: 

Multidivisa
Cualquier empresa que trate con clientes de distintos países necesita realizar sus transacciones en la moneda local. Pero convertir la moneda manualmente es un proceso tedioso y complejo. Ahí es donde la Multidivisa de Bigin puede ahorrarte tiempo y te permite realizar estas conversiones fácilmente. Con la Multidivisa puedes definir diferentes divisas para diferentes registros de transacciones, y Bigin se encargará de las conversiones de los tipos de cambio.

Campos de búsqueda personalizados
Un campo de búsqueda permite vincular dos registros en módulos diferentes. Supongamos que quieres vincular la empresa de tu proveedor y la del cliente a una transacción. Aquí puedes crear un campo de búsqueda personalizado para vincular el módulo Empresas con el módulo Tratos.

Reglas de flujo de trabajo avanzadas
Ahora puedes configurar desencadenantes basados en fecha y hora en las reglas de flujo de trabajo. Por ejemplo, puedes configurar una regla para que se cree una tarea en la que un usuario tenga que hacer el seguimiento de un trato, en caso de que esté inactivo durante más de 15 días.

Reglas de transición de las etapas
Algunos de los datos capturados en el canal de ventas son información importante que ayudan a cerrar un trato. Estos datos deben ser introducidos por las personas responsables de los mismos, sin embargo, hacer que estos campos sean obligatorios podría obstruir el proceso, ya que los representantes de ventas pueden no tener esta información cuando se crea el trato. En estos casos, las reglas de transición de etapas permiten especificar qué campos deben rellenar los usuarios al pasar un trato de una etapa a otra.

 

También puedes crear restricciones específicas en el pipeline que impidan que una transacción se cierre directamente desde etapas específicas. Esto evita que un acuerdo se cierre prematuramente y permite que pase por las etapas necesarias. Por ejemplo, puedes evitar que una operación se cierre directamente desde las etapas "No contactado", "Calificado", o "Necesita Análisis".

El precio de Bigin Prémium es de:
  • 12 €/usuario/mes (o 12 USD/usuario/mes), facturados anualmente.
  • 15 €/usuario/mes (o 15 USD/usuario/mes), facturados mensualmente.

¿Hay algún cambio en la edición Bigin Express?
Sí, ahora Bigin Express ofrece:
  1. Múltiples canales de ventas: 3 embudos en lugar de 5.
  2. Etiquetas: 10 etiquetas por módulo, en lugar de 20.
  3. Campos personalizados: 10 campos personalizados por módulo, en lugar de 20.
  4. Reglas de flujo de trabajo: 10 reglas de flujo de trabajo por organización, en lugar de 20.
  5. Formularios web: 3 formularios web, en lugar de 5.

Nota: Estos cambios no afectarán a los clientes de Bigin Express registrados hasta el 18 de noviembre de 2021. Los cambios anteriores sólo se aplicarán a los nuevos clientes de Bigin Express que se registren a partir del 19 de noviembre de 2021.

Hasta este momento habíamos ofrecido la Edición Express de Bigin a los usuarios de Zoho One. A partir de ahora ofrecemos la Edición Prémium de Bigin a los usuarios de Zoho One.
