Community Learning Series | Digest #5 — September 2020

Dear customers,

We're happy to bring you the September edition of our #CommunityDigest!

Keep track of your subscription KPIs right from your smartphone:

Last month, we enhanced our Android mobile app to help our customers get daily updates on their business health. We got to know from a lot of customers that this has made their job much more easier because they no longer have to keep a reminder to manually check on the previous day's revenue or activations. If you have not downloaded it yet, here's the direct download link.

Following this, we have some exciting news for our iOS users! After upgrading your iPhone to iOS 14, you can download the latest version of the Zoho Subscriptions app and monitor these right from your home screen:

1. MRR, ARPU, & LTV.
2. Signups, activations, active customers, net cancellations, churn rate, and payment failures.
3. Subscriptions under risk.

You can download the app either by scanning the QR code below or using the download link.

Tips and tricks:

In the previous edition, we looked at implementing a Refer & Earn workflow for your subscription business.

Integration Spotlight:

Zoho Subscriptions offers native integrations with more than 30 apps. Still, we realize that you'll be using different apps for different business processes and you might want to connect them with your recurring billing app. This is exactly what the Zoho Subscriptions — Zapier integration offers: A seamless, no-code process that lets you connect Zoho Subscriptions to over 2000 apps including Salesforce, QuickBooks, Mailchimp, and more. You can find the list of supported apps in our zapbook.

rasa.io, a SaaS firm based out of the US and one of our customers, makes the best use of our Zapier integration to connect Zoho Subscriptions with their other business apps. Check out their story to learn more.

Share your story:

At Zoho Subscriptions, we're always eager to hear the story of your business and share it with the world. Now, we've made this even easier for you: Simply click on the 'Share my story' option at the bottom of this page and let us know your story, we'll feature it on our wall of love.

Stay tuned for our next edition of #CommunityDigest!
