Complex CRM Automation

Hi,

I'm fairly new to this whole Zoho CRM and I kind of have a slightly complex automation to make. I just hoping for someone to put me on the right track with whatever apps and tools. If I can stay within CRM, even better!

I'm making a new module to make a custom Scoring system for clients. Most are fairly straight foward scoring calculation (ex if variable = foo, then add 6 to scoring). 

One thing is boggling me however! I would need to find on Zoho Booking the next full available day for each user (seller) to guess the next time they are available for a meeting and then make an average on all users. Based on the number of days I get a number added to scoring

After all that, put it in percentage form and add it on the Scoring entry. Any ideas how to get started the best way?
