Connected Records are now supported in the latest version of the Bigin app


Hello all,

Connected Records are now supported in the latest version of the Bigin app on all platforms (Android v1.5.9, iOS v1.6.5, and macOS v1.4.4).

 

The age-old challenge of ensuring a seamless flow of information across departments in businesses is finally solved with this feature. With Connected Records, you can achieve a holistic view of the lifecycle of a record through your Pipelines.

 

How do I configure Connected Records on the web?

Connected Records can be configured via workflows on the web app. When a record reaches the desired stage in a Team Pipeline, you can create a record automatically in another Team Pipeline that captures the next set of business activities.

How do I find 'Connected Records' in the mobile app?

You can access the information of a connected record at any time via the mobile app: 

1. Open the Bigin mobile app.

2. Navigate to the Pipelines module.

3. Tap on the respective record of a workflow-configured pipeline.

You'll find the "Connected Records" tab alongside familiar ones such as Info, Stage History, Emails, Files, and others.

4. Simply slide your finger over the tabs from right to left to reveal the Connected Records tab.
