Who can be invited?
You can invite users from the Leads, Contacts, and Vendors modules, as well as those from custom modules. They can onboard various stakeholders into their Portals and control their access permissions, including viewing, editing, creating, and deleting records.
Moreover, here's another breakthrough: Organizational employees can now become Portal invitees as well.
How many users can be invited for free?
The number of free user licenses in total has been changed from 10,000 to 1,000, and applies to different Portal user types, like clients, partners, employees, or resellers.

To add more than 1,000 users, you can purchase the required number of user licenses and invite them into the Portal. Our pricing model for these user licenses is as follows:

- If you've already purchased Portal user licenses, you will not be charged in your next cycle for up-to 1,000 user licenses in total.
- If you already have more than 1,000 active users in the Client Portal, we will continue to serve the same consumed count for free.
