Our customer communication uses the last name. So, our emails and letters start with Dear [salutation] [last name], e.g "Dear Ms. Johnson." We constantly forget to set up a salutation and the result does not look good: "Dear  Johnson." How can I make the salutation required? The field first name is already required.
