Solution: CNAME or A Record Change
Solution: Buy SSL Certificate

- Go to you DNS provider admin page
- Edit CNAME record and change wiki.zoho.com to customer-wiki.zoho.com
If you are using godaddy please refer the link http://help.godaddy.com/article/680
