We’re glad to share a few updates and enhancements in Zoho Meeting, including the new dashboard, live answer in webinar, HD video in meeting, lock meeting, share material view features in the iOS app, and other enhancements that you’ll find useful.
A new dashboard
We've introduced a new dashboard to the home page that unifies your meeting and webinar listings, giving you a single place that shows both your ongoing and upcoming sessions. This is a helpful way to keep everything organized.
A new Live Answer feature
Webinar organizers and co-organizers can now mark the orally answered questions as live answered. You can simply click the Live Answer option to answer the question out loud during the webinar. Learn more.
HD video in Meeting
We've worked on enhancing our video quality and you will now experience HD video during your online meetings.
Mobile app updates
iOS (v1.6)
We've incorporated the following features and enhancements into the Zoho Meeting iOS app:
- Lock meeting feature
- Share material views in a meeting
- Revamped exit session feedback
- Improved audio volume via speaker for video material shared in Webinar
Android (v2.2.6)
We've added EU session hosting location consent, and a feature that alerts users with a toast when speaking on mute. We've also added close account support from within the app for Android.
Other Meeting updates
We've added a setting to not allow the host or cohost to stop or pause recordings in-session.
