Whenever your company closes a new deal and takes up a new project, creating a project in Zoho Sprints is the first best step to get your planning started with. Every project in Zoho Sprints provisions you to write out a detailed description, allocate resources, estimate timelines, and also plan on various releases and sprints.  
 
Some organizations prefer maintaining documents on every project they take up- to share the details with their stakeholders or partners. If your organization follows a similar process, Zoho Sprints helps you automatically generate project documents using the Zoho Writer integration, minimizing efforts, and optimizing time.
 
Our integration with Zoho Writer enables you to create document templates aligning with your project document requirement. You can use data from Project, Release, Epic, Sprint, and Work Item field values and display them in the document.
 
These values are obtained from Zoho Sprints using custom functions that are pre-written in the gallery. Once the custom functions are configured with the connection ID of Zoho Sprints and Zoho Writer (Zoho Sprints must be added as a connection in Zoho Writer and vice versa), it is all set to take off. This allows you to effortlessly merge the data from Zoho Sprints right inside the documents of Zoho Writer.
