Scan hard copies of receipts and convert them into spreadsheets

While getting tables from books or numbers from reports into spreadsheets means you get to visualize and analyze the data better. With the new Data from Picture in Zoho Sheet, you can hold your phone up to receipts and vouchers and scan them to quickly insert them as cell ranges in your spreadsheet. You can even upload images or scanned documents from your mobile and convert them into spreadsheets.




Keep those formats intact

If you're scanning your financial statements or bills, some numbers represent currencies while others represent dates. Zoho Sheet's advanced format recognition inherits these date formats to the spreadsheet as well. 



Crop before conversion

What if you wanted to scan and snip only a table from a report? Well, before converting the images into spreadsheet data, Zoho Sheet allows you to crop the image. Adjust the points to focus on only the data you want, while leaving out unnecessary information. 




Preview, and then proceed

After converting images into spreadsheet data, Zoho Sheet allows you to preview the information. During this data preview, you can append, edit, or even delete data that you don't want. You can also take it directly to your spreadsheet if you don't have any edits to make.
