Zoho Annotator is a free browser extension to annotate web pages and images. The extension allows users to:

• capture, annotate, and share visual content within Zoho Projects.
  
• create tasks, issues, or statuses with annotated images or videos as attachments within the portal. 

Benefits

• Choose from various options, such as capturing the visible area, focused area, or the entire screen for better project collaboration.
  
• Record screen or videos to provide comprehensive context to tasks or issues.
  
• Annotate captured screenshots with tools, highlighting key details to communicate ideas effectively.

 

For example, when an issue is encountered in the project that requires immediate attention, users can use the Zoho Annotator extension to address it by accessing the extension directly from the browser's toolbar.

Users can capture or record the screen, making precise annotations on the UI issue to emphasize important points. The annotated file will be added as an attachment to an issue in Zoho Projects. The attached file can be accessed from the Issue details page.
