Install Zoho Annotator

1. Go to https://chromewebstore.google.com/ or any other browser's extension page.
2. Search for and click on Zoho Annotator.
   
3. Click Add to Chrome to install the extension in your browser.
   

Access Zoho Annotator

1. Click on the Zoho Annotator extension from your browser's extensions.
   
2. Capture the required screen, then click Capture.
   
3. You can also choose to screen record or video record if needed.

Add Task

1. Capture the screen with Zoho Annotator and annotate it using the toolbar on the left panel.

 Video and Screen Recorder are currently not supported in Firefox browser.
2. Click Share, then click Projects.
   
   
3. Click Connect in the prompt, then click Accept to establish the connection with your Zoho Projects account.  
   
4. Choose the portal from the drop-down.
   
5. Click Task, choose the project, enter the title and description, select the owners, choose the task list, specify the start date and end date, and click Share.
   
6. A new task with the screenshot attached will be created. You can access the image in the Documents section within the task details page.

Add Issue

1. Capture the screen with Zoho Annotator and annotate it using the toolbar on the left panel.

Video and Screen Recorder are currently not supported in Firefox browser.
2. Click Share, then click Projects.
   
3. Click Connect in the prompt, then click Accept to establish the connection with your Zoho Projects account.  
   
4. Choose the portal from the drop-down.
   
5. Click Bug, choose the project, enter the title and description, select the assignee from the Assign to field, choose the module, specify the severity, and click Share.
   
6. A new bug with the screenshot attached will be created. You can access the image in the Attachments section within the respective issue details page.
   

Add Status

1. Capture the screen with Zoho Annotator and annotate it using the toolbar on the left panel.

2. Click Share, then click Projects.
   
3. Click Connect in the prompt, then click Accept to establish the connection with your Zoho Projects account.  
   
4. Choose the portal from the drop-down.
   
5. Click Status, select the project, enter the status, and click Share.
   
6. A status is created within the project. You can access this in the project's feed. 

Uninstall Zoho Annotator

1. Right-click on the extension from the browser.
   
2. Click Manage extension, scroll down, and click Remove extension.
   
3. Click Remove.
