AI credits in Zoho Social

Zia, Zoho’s GenAI assistant, transforms the way you manage and create content in Zoho Social. It understands context and helps you compose captions and generate replies.

To simplify Zia's use in Zoho Social, we're introducing AI credits, a credit-based model that's included as part of your current subscription at no extra cost. Each time you use a Zia feature, a specific number of credits will be deducted. Your credits will automatically reset at the beginning of each month, ensuring you always have what you need. This helps you stay consistent, personalize your content, and manage your social media presence more efficiently with the power of GenAI.

Zia credits are allocated based on your Zoho Social subscription plan, with each plan offering a predefined number of credits.

Save, compare, and schedule hashtag reports

The Hashtag Reports section in Zoho Social gives you a dedicated space to track the performance of all the hashtags you use across your connected channels. You can view detailed insights such as the total number of posts, likes, comments, and shares, plus the overall engagement for each hashtag.

With the latest enhancement, you can now save or export your hashtag reports for easy reference or sharing. If you're unsure which hashtag to use, the Compare Hashtags feature helps you evaluate two to four hashtags side by side before making your final choice.

You can also schedule hashtag reports for your team members or clients. Sending weekly or monthly reports automatically means there's no need to email important stats manually every time. This ensures everyone stays informed and aligned with your social performance.


Zoho Social Android app updates  

We’ve rolled out some exciting enhancements for the Zoho Social Android app.

You can now integrate your YouTube channel directly from the app, giving you a wider publishing reach. Upload and manage both Videos and Shorts, all from your mobile device. You can also publish TikTok images, find popular hashtag recommendations curated from your engagement data, view your LinkedIn profile stats and Post Instagram Stories directly from your Creator account, all within your Zoho Social android app.

Zoho Social is stepping things up with fresh enhancements across AI, mobile app and web, giving you everything you need to create content and stand out in your digital space.
