Tips and tricks #9 para Zoho Projects ¡Hola, comunidad!
Durante la realización de proyectos es posible que intervengan distintas partes. Incluso dentro de un mismo equipo, los integrantes pueden tener roles distintos en la realización del proyecto. En estos casos, quienes administran los proyectos pueden definir distintos perfiles para estos usuarios basados en los permisos de acceso. En el tip de esta semana, veremos qué tipos de permisos existen y cómo se pueden aplicar a estos perfiles de usuario. ¡Ah! Tip #9: Permisos de acceso para usuarios en Zoho Projects.
Si administras un proyecto, Zoho Projects te permite tener un mayor control sobre el mismo asignando perfiles de usuario con permisos de acceso personalizados. Por defecto, Zoho Projects dispone de 5 perfiles de usuario, el Administrador y otros 4 perfiles editables, que disponen de más o menos permisos:
Asimismo, puedes crear tus propios perfiles de usuario, adaptados a las necesidades del proyecto y de los equipos, y establecer permisos y restricciones. Para hacerlo, accede a Configuración > Administrar usuarios > Perfiles y roles > Perfiles, y haz clic en el botón superior derecho Agregar perfil. Durante la creación de un perfil encontrarás varias opciones de perfil y permisos. Aquí te dejo un recorrido por los mismos:
Tipo de perfil
Existen dos tipos de perfil en Zoho Projects: Perfil de usuario y Perfil de cliente. Mientras que los primeros tienen acceso a los módulos con datos internos y externos, los perfiles de cliente sólo podrán acceder a datos externos.
Permisos del portal
Estos permisos sólo están disponibles para usuarios de proyecto. Desde aquí podrás dar o denegar acceso a las distintas secciones de portal, como son los informes globales, la creación de nuevos proyectos, o la edición de plantillas de tareas, blueprints y más. Desde este enlace puedes ver qué implica dar permiso a cada una de estas secciones.
Permisos de proyecto
Los permisos de proyecto pueden darse tanto al perfil de cliente como al perfil de usuario. Desde aquí puedes controlar el acceso a varias partes del proyecto, como son los foros, páginas, eventos, etc. Puedes encontrar más información sobre este apartado aquí.
Permisos de módulo
Esta sección te permite establecer permisos tanto a perfiles de usuario como a perfiles de cliente. En este apartado los permisos pueden ser más específicos, de forma que, por ejemplo, unos perfiles puedan ver todas las tareas, mientras que otros sólo puedan ver las tareas relacionadas con el usuario (creadas, asignadas, seguidas, donde se le ha mencionado, o donde se le ha seleccionado):
Nota: los accesos de Agregar, Editar y Eliminar sólo estarán disponibles una vez el acceso de Ver esté activado.
Los permisos de Editar y Eliminar permiten al usuario la asignación de tareas, con dos variantes: De propiedad (el usuario puede asignarse tareas a sí mismo) o Agregadas (el usuario puede asignar tareas a otros usuarios). El apartado 'más' en algunos de los campos contiene opciones para que el usuario pueda reordenar o añadir seguidores al módulo seleccionado.
Además, dentro de las tareas existe la opción de dar permisos a nivel de campos. Esta opción se encuentra en el apartado de tarea (mostrado arriba) en el icono de la llave, y permite restringir los permisos a los campos de tu elección para el perfil de usuario que estés creando.
Estos permisos son los de Ver/Editar el campo, Sólo ver, u Ocultar (siendo esta última opción la de ocultar el campo a este perfil de usuario). Puedes encontrar toda la información relativa a estos permisos en este enlace.
