Als je het Helpcentrum hebt gebruikt zonder je subdomein (bijvoorbeeld support.mijnbedrijf.com) toe te wijzen aan het standaarddomein, dan is deze tip voor jou. Wanneer jij je aanmeldt om Zoho Desk te gebruiken, is het standaardadres van jouw helpcentrum een Zoho Desk subdomein, zoals "desk.zoho.com/portal/<mijnbedrijf>". Zoho Desk heeft na zorgvuldige evaluatie besloten de standaard domein URL te vervangen door een directere vorm zoals "mycompany.zohodesk.com".
Waarom deze wijziging?
Zoho Desk is van plan om klanten meer flexibiliteit te bieden met betrekking tot maatwerk, zoals het toevoegen van scripts in het helpcentrum. Daarbij willen we de domeinen beveiligen tegen misbruik van de beveiliging die klantgegevens kunnen schaden. Het veranderen van het URL formaat is onze eerste stap in die richting. Bovendien wordt de lengte van de domein-URL korter, waardoor deze gebruiksvriendelijker wordt.
De volgende stap?
Bestaande gebruikers worden verzocht hun standaard domeinadres te wijzigen naar het nieuwe formaat voor respectievelijk 31 mei 2022 en 30 juni 2022. Je kunt dit doen met een klik op de Help Center Rebranding pagina. Merk op dat, met uitzondering van de verandering in de URL-indeling, er geen gevolgen zullen zijn voor de bestaande pagina's van je Helpcentrum. Bovendien, wanneer iemand typt of klikt op linkjes in de oude URL, zullen ze automatisch doorgestuurd worden naar de corresponderende pagina op het nieuwe domain.
Overschakelen naar de nieuwe domein-URL
Je kunt met één klik overschakelen naar de nieuwe domein URL.
Om dit te doen:
- Log in op Zoho Desk met beheerdersrechten.
Opmerking: Gebruikers moeten de machtiging Helpcentrum beheren hebben om over te schakelen naar de nieuwe domein-URL-indeling.
- Klik op het pictogram Instellingen ( ) in het menu bovenin.
- Klik op Helpcentrum in het menu Kanalen.
- Selecteer het standaard Helpcentrum met het niet-gemapte domein.
- Klik op Nu overschakelen in het venster Overschakelen naar nieuwe domein-URL.
- De URL van uw Helpcentrum zal onmiddellijk overschakelen naar de nieuwe domein-URL.

1. 1. Ik zie de optie om over te schakelen naar de nieuwe URL niet?
Deze switch is niet van toepassing voor klanten die al de nieuwe domein URL indeling hebben of hun aangepaste domein aan het Help centrum hebben gekoppeld.
Je hebt niet de vereiste profielrechten om het helpcentrum te beheren. Controleer je toegangsrechten onder Setup > Rechten > Profielen.
2. Hoe lang zal de omleiding van oude naar nieuwe URL's duren?
De automatische omleiding van je helpcentrumpagina's van de oude naar de nieuwe URL-indeling is permanent en zal voor altijd blijven bestaan.
3. Kan ik doorgaan met de bestaande URL-indeling?
Nee, alle klanten moeten voor de deadline overschakelen naar de nieuwe URL-indeling.
4. Wat als ik niet overschakel naar het nieuwe URL-formaat?
De overstap is verplicht om veiligheidsredenen zoals hierboven aangegeven. Klanten die niet voor de deadline zijn overgestapt, worden automatisch overgezet naar het nieuwe URL-formaat.
