Zoho Bookings and Survey Integration through Flow

I am trying to set up flows where once an appointment is marked as completed in Zoho Bookings, the applicable survey form would be sent to the customer. Problem is, I cannot customise flows wherein if Consultation A is completed, Survey Form A would be sent, and if Consultation B is completed, Survey Form B would be sent since in the "Appointment marked as completed" trigger in Flow it seems like there is no option for me to set the filter criteria to the name of the consultation? I have tried using the "Service Name" filter criteria since it looked like the only criteria relating to the consultation name to no avail. I have no issue with any other part of the trigger or the "Send email invitation" action for Zoho Survey.
