Zoho CRM File upload fail

Hi,

CRM is failing to upload any new attachments.

We recently ran out of available file storage and I understand this blocked us from uploading more attachments. But we have since gone through and manually deleted a chunk of old attachments and could see that this freed up space again.

Screenshot below indicates we should have nearly 500mb available. However CRM is still failing to upload any further attachments. What else could be causing this?
