Zoho Vault: A look at what's new for iOS, iPadOS, and macOS

Hi everyone,

At Zoho Vault, we constantly aim to improve your security experience. Based on both internal and external feedback, we have recently rolled out updates across our iOS, iPadOS, and support for macOS platforms.

Introducing the desktop app for macOS

We've brought the full Zoho Vault experience to your macOS desktop. Our new app offers every feature you rely on—secure password storage, sharing, generation, and collaboration—within a sleek, smart interface. Enjoy the robust functionality of our browser version right on your macOS desktop. Download the Zoho Vault app for macOS now. And Windows users, stay tuned—our Windows app is on the way!

Folder management

Now you can organise your passwords more effectively by grouping them into specific folders within your mobile app. For instance, you can create a folder named Marketing and include all passwords managed by the marketing team (Facebook, Instagram, Reddit), and then share the folder with a specific user or group.

Multi-Account flexibility

Managing multiple accounts just got easier. Our app now allows users to add and switch between multiple accounts seamlessly, offering unparalleled flexibility and convenience. Whether managing personal or work profiles, users can navigate between accounts effortlessly.

Master password audit

Enhance your account security with master password auditing. Monitor successful and unsuccessful logins, as well as biometric authentication, for added protection.

Geolocation restriction

Take control of where users can access secure information with geolocation restriction. Admins can now restrict access to the app based on geographic location, enhancing security and ensuring compliance with regional regulations.

Autofill extension

Enjoy effortless password management. Add new passwords directly from your autofill extension for a seamless experience.

Payment card management

Managing payment cards has never been easier. Our app now supports a dedicated payment card category, allowing users to scan credit and debit cards to effortlessly pre-fill fields, streamlining the process like never before.

User education notifications

Stay informed and never miss out on upcoming educational sessions, trainings, and other Zoho events.

Trash Support

Keep your account organized and secure with our new Trash feature. Soft-delete passwords to declutter your account while still having the option to restore them if needed.

Display user ID

Effortlessly organise your password lists with the new display user ID feature. By enabling this option, user identifiers are displayed in password lists and autofill suggestions, making it easier to navigate and access.

Idle time lock

Security remains paramount, which is why we've enhanced our app lock feature. In addition to locking when transitioning from background to foreground, Zoho Vault now automatically locks after a specified period of inactivity, providing an added layer of protection for our users' sensitive information.

Why wait? Try out these features and let us know what you think! If you have any feedback or questions, please write to support@zohovault.com.

Stay secure with Zoho Vault.
Cheers,
Lindsey
