Hi, hello I need a function/feature that allows me to send generic predefined mails to groups of contacts, filtered from a form created for that task. Lets say that I have 850 contacts in my Creator application "Agenda Personal" and I want sen an invitation only to the "Golf Club Friends" and they are 38 people. Now I have to send 38 different mails. I like to pick the list of the 38 email addresses and move that to the "TO:" field of the SEND MAIL function and send only one mail using the "TO:"

Set criteria by "added time" field not working as it should
Have an application set on EEST. Added a new event and created a view and set criteria for added time field on this week but the event can't be viewed. I think the problem is that the comparing time is PDT, not EEST so the event can't be viewed as expected. Same problem with all set criteria fields (Last 7 days, Last week, etc.) Can you Zoho team fix this problem please?

Having one field populate another in the same form
How do I get one field to populate another. I have a field in a form called Author (last, first) and when a user enters the data, I would like it to automatically populate a second field that is Author (first last). I can't seem to figure out how I would accomplish this.

Version Number NOT incrementing when taking Backups ... again !!!

I'd like to create a report from Zoho Creator which shows the number of records created in my database in a given month. The drag and drop fields in the reporter don't give me the option for total number of records. How can obtain this figure to graph?
Creating pages with multiple forms
Is there a way to create pages with multiple forms from different applications on them? I'd like to be able to create a page with a 2x2 table with a form in each cell. Would using Dreamweaver to create the page, then pasting the permalink link info work?

Database locking on edit
Hi, It appears that more than one user can access the same record in a database for editing purposes without locking. PLease can you advise why this is, and what can be done, as this could cause seroius problems on input? Love the service btw :D
How to create an event in Google Calendars
Hello, 1) I have a GOOGLE APPS account for my domain, where I have created multiple CALENDARS for my users. 2) I have created a FORM with fields representing the info required to add a RECURRING EVENT in a google apps calendar. 3) I would like when I hit the submit button in my form to automatically create a recurring event in google apps calendar. Is this possible? What will be the code to do that? I would appreciate very much your help.

update a field and add additional data
Hi, I am looking to have a field in my application that on edit will allow the user to enter information into it and then on upload, it is transferred to another field (text multi line) which date stamps it and then enters the comments. The next time the user edits the record the field is now blank, and then again they enter text, and submit, then on upload it adds the time stamp and the text into the other field as additional text therefore creating a historical log. Extremely Long Loading Time
I recently started using Zoho Creator for the forms in my high school. Up until a week or so ago everything was working fine. Lately however, I have found that it is taking a really long time to load the forms when I am on the school network. I noticed that you have a connection with Facebook, and my school has a block on the facebook domain. Could this be causing the issue? If so, is there a way to have the forms load without connecting at all to the facebook framework? Thanks,

I am creating forms on Zoho there will probably be about 30 throughout the year. Each form is a checklist that will be used in observing teachers. In order to collect data on if the teacher is progressing I wanted to have a filtering system where I can pull down for teacher names and have one teachers observation forms pop up. Pull down problem
I have an invoice program where I pull down the customer name and enter a bill. On the view page the pull down field is displayed is incorrect, it usually shows the correct last name but switches the first name. So for example if I have ted johnson and steve johnson entered for bills, it will show ted johnson twice even though I selected ted and steve not ted twice! Please help. I give you permission to access the app. Use the add bill form beta to enter and the bill view.

Has anyone else had major issues with Marketplace deployments? Is there a RESTful way to submit data which would otherwise have to be submitted via a creator app...? My goal would be to use the RESTful api so I can post/submit data via different platforms (mobile phones, other websites, etc).

I cannot find this in the help section, but think it would be valuable as a reference. When creating a form-field variable or user-defined variable in code, what is the initial value? Application Forms Editor is not showing my Form but instead 291: Stacktrace:'
Please help, After saving the form I just created, I wanted to make some more changes.. so I went back to the Forms tab then selected my form. Here I get to see the Basic Fields and Advanced Fields things on the left but my Form isn't showing up!! Instead I get the error text: 291: Stacktrace:' Screenshot attached.
CSV Import Problem
I am not able to import a csv file into a view/form. I select the file from my local drive, and see the data in step 2, "Preview Data", but when I click on the "Import Data" button, no rows are imported count. Success Count = 0. Please help.
Code for age calculation

An application have been shared to some users and I was wondering why some can access the app while the others can't? I shared my app with another account I also got the same error but the user is showing as active on the user management. I also was wondering why the other user who can access the app don't have an edit option for the form.
