Hiding records from users when searching and viewing
Hello, I've done several searches on this but have not found an answer. I currently have a database into which the public can add records. I want a public view where only certain fields will be searchable and viewable, and I know how to set that up. However, when a user does a search I want only the records with a certain value set to "yes" to be shown to those users. Let me explain why. About the Tabs
Here's a simple suggestion for the application interface... I make extensive use of tabs and hidden tabs in my applications. One thing that bugs me is having to click edit application to find some of my views or forms that are in hidden tabs so I can open them in live mode to see what's there. A better implementation would be to have an options to hid tabs from public (everyone), or users, or developer, or admin. Maybe gray-out the tab to indicate that's its hidden property is set in one of these
How to refer to some table in Criteria ?
Hi, My application has more than 1 users and I want them to access to different set of data In the Customer form, there is the field called "SITE" I have another form to assign which "SITE" a userid can access However, I can't query that userid-site form in the Criteria for View. Problem when the labels on the form are aligned on top of the fields
ZC Team, I meet another case of broken functionality after an update, and, my luck as always, this happened when deadline for my application is very close. I appreciate a lot the new feature which allows users to place the labels in a form on the top of the fields. Chart Group does not work
I want to make a simple chart based on two fields one is a user name the other is a number. People fill out a form with their name and a dollar amount in another field. I want the chart to sum all of the dollar amounts for the user name. So combine all user names on the x axis and sum the dollar amounts on the y. I am pretty new to creating a database. I have a lot of data that gets entered for an individual. I have the form made and I loke the standard list view. I wanted to be able to create merged documents so I took one of the Documents and added it into the Html code in custom views. I even got it so it would add the merge data to the doc but it list all of them in one big sheet. I would like to search for each one by name or by a date. I tried the how to in zoho help but It did not help all that much.

Having printing problems
I want to create a report that will allow me to print out a summary page on standard 8 1/2 X 11 paper without wrapping. When I start the Report Generator it seems it will only allow me to do Pivot Tables or Pivot Charts? My Summary View has a huge white space in the middle of the screen. I have tried setting Column Widths in List view (it won't let me do it in Summary View) but no matter how I set it, I end up with 30 or 40 blank spaces in the middle of the page.
