How do I get to the database to create views, stored procedures, etc?
Came across this, which seemed just what we want, but I cannot see how to work directly on the database. Also, I would want picklists to display the description but enter the record id into the table - how do I do that?

Zero disappears in Number Field

Hi there I am struggling to create a relationship between two forms 1. My first form has the client details on with a sub form for dependents (which is form 2) 2. On form 1. I have Client ID (AutoNumber) and add it through Lookup on Form 2 3. When I try to link it with Bi-directional relationship on form 2 it does not give me any of the tables in Form 1. Use Lookup Field in Report - Text Only?
I have a Form A with a decimal field that I am using to create a dropdown list as a lookup in another Form B. Using form B the user can select from a list of available numbers from records in Form A. I need to generate a report that shows the sum of the numbers for each record in form B. When I go to create the report, the lookup field in Form B shows up as text, not the looked up decimal field. I am unable to sum the lookup field even though the field is linked to a decimal. Is this a limitation

I Create 2 forms: Customer_Form and Region_Form I want my customer when choose Region A, will lead to other form (region_form) like this, then finishing the form when he hit submit. But when my customer choose Region B, the form will finished without lead to other form. My Question, how i do that?

How can I create views on my database?
I have imported tables, but I want some forms to access views instead of the tables directly, preferably via stored procedures. Is this possible? Also need to know how to create a picklist where the description is displayed to the user, but the ID field is returned to the underlying record.

We are just about to try out customer portal but immediately found that without user groups for permissions we either have to create multiple applications or customer portal does not work for us. Reporting record values that only appear once
Hi, I'm struggling a little..... I have a list of ticket sales & each sale has a customer number. Some customer numbers will appear more than once as they have bought multiple tickets. I'm using the GUI report generator in a Pivot Tableto display the customer numbers that only appear ONCE in the database or only ever purchased once. I've tried using distinct & distinct Count = 1 to filter the records but the data is not correct. Any help would be appreciated as this will help create lots of different
Global Search
I use Global Search quite often as it pulls results from all forms/reports as one. Is there a way to increase the number of rows to view. Currently it displays about a screens worth of data and makes you go to a new page for the remaining forms/reports. Thanks

Convert html view in PDF landscape
I created a new html view and as you can see in image1.png I added the two buttons (Print, PDF) which are available in the header option...So, in my free flow script now shows print = true pdf = true My question is, how can I change the code to show me the page in landscape mode? multiple addressees for sendmail?
Before upgrade to Zoho 3.0, my script was working fine to sendmail to multiple individuals selected in a form. I concatenated their email addresses together to form the "To:" using the format: email1@here.com, email2@here.com, email3@here.com Upon upgrade this feature broke and I am just now trying to debug. I've tried commas with no spaces, semi-colons with spaces and no spaces, making sure there is no trailing punctuation... everything I can think of. I can have concatenated email adresses

Hello, Is it possible to create dynamic form in Zoho Creator? I want to create a form with multiple elements. Count of these elements is known in request-time (Actions on Load).
