I'm new to zoho creator. Recently created a form. Now I need to create an automatic task. I have these fields in the form: Quantity Unit of measure Total Weight Here is what I want : When Pallet is selected as unit of measure each Quantity is multiply X 45 lbs. So if I enter Quantity: 10 Unit of Measure: Pallet I want the form to return automatically Total Weight: 450

Hi! I have a text only db and I need to concatenate and format text strings in a forluma field. Could you please help? It is a bibliography so my formula should return something like this, Reilly, Rahtz, 1992 Paul Reilly, Sebastian Rahtz (eds), Archaeology and the information age. A global perspective, London, Routledge, 1992 I am ok with concatenating fields and with adding commas and periods or fix words among them, but I have a couple of problems: 1) Is it possible to manage style (e.g. Italic or Subtitled)?

Subform and Mainform relationship
Hi all, I have created one main form and one sub form A is the parent form and B is the subform or child form 1- Form A has a unique mandatory field and I added a subform field in A that pointed to B 2- Created a lookup field in B that points to the unique field of A mentioned above 3- In form A Report added the autonumber field of B and all the relationships seems fine except if I create a record using form B, it does not show up in the Form A which is the parent although I select the right record
Is "Duplicate" broken?
I've been trying to duplicate my own application all weekend and I just get the "Duplicating - Please Wait..." message until everything times out. What's going on?
Auto Number issue after import an application from .ds file
The Auto Number field was working perfectly when we initially created the application. However, after we import the application again from a .ds file, the Auto Number field is ignoring 'Start Index' and always start from 1. Any suggestions?
How can I prepopulate one form with data that has been previously entered in another form, in same application?

Issue with Groups

Multiple conditions( Help)
I have the Client Rate Table that contains the Company Name that is a lookup to the Company Table. The Client Rate Table has multiple records for one company. the records are differentiated by the Rate Category Field in the Client Rate Table. Sub Form Fields
Hi There I am creating my first ever App in Zoho, using a number of Sub-Forms as my one-to-many relationships, and also to create one "Master Form". Would I repeat my Primary Key Field on each Sub-Form as a Look-up Field, to accommodate "Auto Filtering"reporting from a field on one of the Sub-Forms when creating a Report from the Master etc? Would I need to repeat other Fields from the Master or other Sub Forms to also accommodate this? Kevin

Error in Fetch Task
Hi Dears, today we have trouble in ´´on success´´ time with our form CMC_Eleitoral. System reporting that an ´´Error in executing Fetch Record task. Integrate zoho creator with joomla users
Hi, I'm completely new to Zoho Creator. My idea is to develop an application and integrate it with my Joomla website. I'd like users to log in and be able to keep their data in the server so that when they come back or login from another location the data is still there. I've done this before using PHP and JSON files for other projects. Basically, every time data changed, a JSON file was created in the server and reopened when the application started. Embedding form in wordpress?
I have a simple form and I am having some trouble getting it into our Zoho Creator form to post to our Wordpress site. I have seen numerous discussions on how to do this, but it does not seem to be working for me If I copy and paste this (with the appropriate address): <iframe height='800px' width='600px' frameborder='0' allowTransparency='true' scrolling='auto' src='https://form web address here'></iframe> nothing shows up. Also, once I do that, how do I suppress the "form title" within an iframe?

Is there a "Find & Replace" option ? Example: find all occurrences of "141 BN" in all or selected records and replace all found with "114 BN".
Lookup field: change from Multi Select to Single Select
In my forms, I have some lookup fields which I want to change from Multi select to single select. However, that option ig greyed out. Unforunately, I have to had to resort to deleteing all of my script code, delete the lookup from the form, and recreate everything from scratch. This is a huge pain.

Lookup field content does not display in a view
Hi I have one lookup field between two forms. When I select a view combining fields from both forms my lookup field appears in the report header but the contents of that field are empty. Do I need to link the two forms in some other way in addition to the lookup field? I have followed "Creating_a_relationship_using_single-select_lookup_field in the documentation." The form builder links the two forms and I can select the additional fields from the second form and enable them in "column view".

Creating a field selector based on the value of another field
I have fields A, B and C of which A is a drop down with possible values X or Y. I want both fields B and C to stay hidden when the form starts up. If A = X, then I want field B to show up and accept an entry. If A = Y then I want field C to show up and accept an entry. I tried this but it is not working.. Import to Subform does not work with lookup fields
I am trying to import data to a main form with subform information. I have an excel spreasheet with 2 tabs. The first one with the form name with all the fields (form: Distris Elite y Premier) The last column is the subform ID field. Question about creating a VBS registration form
I've created a form for parents to register their children for Vacation Bible School (VBS). Here's the problem - some have more than 1 child to register (some have 4 or 5) & I'd like for them to not have to fill out an entire new form for each child. A lot of the info will be the same for each child (parent name, address, phone #, etc.). If I just add extra spaces on the original form, then new fields (columns) are created in the database. I'd like them to be seperate entries in the database.

Replicate user
Is there a way to replicate a user in Zoho Creator? My users are running into errors here and there and it's difficult to troubleshoot without seeing it first hand. I've asked for their password and have logged in using their UID and PW but one would think there would be a more elegant solution designed into the system. Any ideas are welcome.
Permission integration between customer portal and creator
Hi - I am using the customer portal with creator Now i have realised it appears there is no real integration of permissions between creator and the customer portal. ie. The Customer Portal permissions that are set are applicable to ALL users, whereas the permissions that are set in Creator can be different for every user so my questions are; 1. is my interpretation correct? 2. is there a workaround so that different permissions can be assigned to different users if using the customer portal? 3.
Scroll bar in drop-down list
I have a drop down list with numerous choices. So many that a scroll bar is needed. The scroll bar shows on the form but it does not work. My users must use the arrow keys to scroll.
