Exporting accounts pulls all contacts as well
I am trying to export our accounts to do some additional analysis, but the export pulls all our contacts as well. Is there a way to only export the account module and not have contacts included?
How to update multiple records using JSON body ?
I need to update multiple records in leads table using the API. However, the documentation only includes examples with XML and not with JSON. Could someone please provide an example of how to achieve the same using JSON request body ?
API V2 = Custom Functions NOT WORKING = HUGE MESS. NO HELP FROM ZOHO!!
All our Custom Functions are not working since last 24 hours. Support tells us this is due to API v2 update and developers DO NOT have an ETA for a fix. The error message seems to be consistent across all of functions when tried to executing manually: Failed to execute function. Error at line 6. Value is empty and ‘toJSONList’ function cannot be applied. We rely heavily on CF's and are stuck. How do I avoid duplicates across all modules when I don't always have the email address? I've been importing leads from spreadsheets, many times we haven't found the contact information yet, especially because sometimes there is more than one contact to reach out to. When importing the leads, I have all the email fields come in as "noemail@domainname.com". Social activity not showing up? (Pro)

Import and sync email from multiple accounts
We have been in touch with leads over email with Gmail accounts as well as Zoho Mail (which is of course much more storage limited). Now we're getting into Zoho CRM and need to see past email and track current email. So two tasks: import email from relevant contacts and 2-way sync email that we send to and receive from those contacts on Gmail and Zoho Mail. My Jobs Tab - CEO - Filter
When your role is set to CEO and you click on "My Jobs" you see all the jobs for everyone in the entire organization. This makes no sense. This should have a filter function just like any other module so that the user, even if CEO can display only jobs that are relevant to him/her and approvals. How to set the owner of a Note with insertRecords?
HI, I'm trying to create notes (in this case against Leads, although I want to do the same for Accounts & Contacts too) through the insertRecords API. I can insert the notes fine, but I can't seem to control the Owner (who the Note shows up as being from), it always shows up as my user (who owns the authtoken) I've tried setting (as fields in the xmlData) * 'SMOWNERID' to 'Id' as returned by the getUsers call * 'email' to the email address of the User But the note is still attributed to the API

My products do not have a stock amount because they are services. How can i make my system disregard the message that i have no stock on a product when creating an Invoice? Do i need to remove those fields?

Schedule - editing disabled + what timezone are they executing in?
I'm getting really confused here. My Zoho org is set as Pacific US Timezone (Seattle) but my account I set it up as UTC/GMT for clarity. (but physically I'm in UTC-5) Now I'm trying to schedule a function to run at 00:30 of Pacific time. What should I put in the schedule? Also are schedules somehow limited as to how many times I can edit the time? I was just trying to change the time to see what will be displayed in NEXT RUN, but right now I can't even activate it nor edit. This is sooooo confusing!

Automated Email New Account - Ninja
Hello When I create a new account I have set up a workflow to send an email to them, this works fine when creating the account manually in Zoho yet when the account is created from the Ninja forms integration the email automation doesn't trigger. It is set up as this will be executed an Account is created> rule will be executed for all records> instant actions email notifications then the email I have set up. Any help as to what I can do to trigger this send automatcally would be much apprciated.
