Is anyone else having problems with their Zoho CRM. All I get is a black screen with the logo in the middle.
Mobile CRM app has right Date and tasks due, but wrong day.
It is Monday Feb 5, 2018 and my desktop is on track with that, but the Mobile app (which I uninstalled and reinstalled to try to correct) has always been a day behind. It claims today is Sunday Feb 5, 2018 basically. I thought this was a timezone or calendar issue but have not been able to correct it. Everything else seems to be working, but this has been a problem since I signed up a couple weeks ago.
Webforms Zoho (Contacts/Lead)
Hey there, new to Zoho. I am the webdeveloper for a company which wants to integrate their webservice with zoho CRM. I am not able to figure out where the data is going to be displayed on the zoho CRM which was sent by the webform. I created a webform for contacts and integrated it locally on the page. I tried some sending some dummy data to see if everything works as expected, but somehow I am not able to figure out how to activate or how to find/display the data I had sent. Help is appreciated.
Integration Salesiq and CRM
Hi, i' using CRM Plus and I do mass mailing through Zoho CRM. I want to create a field in the contact module that show me how many times the contact click on the link in the mail. In Salesiq tab of the contact, I can count the number of visit but I want to make it simple and show the total number in one field How can I do that? Thanks

Hello, in our business we considered the "email status" as a big big important value because we can configure and automatized a several business rules (workflows and custom function) based in each status across the time but I can't see the way to do this. Y have the "wonderful" surprise (see the irony) when I ask for the "support" people of the CRM and they told me "you can put MANUALLY the value in other field and configure a workflow or other things that you need. Setting a Default Field Value
Is it possible to set a default value in a module? For example, I enter leads into the database for someone else, and would love to be able to have Zoho automatically assign them as the lead owner. But I would also need to be able to select the owner if it was another sales person's lead. I imagine that there will be other fields that companies would like to have a set value for, such as if they predominately work in their own city, or if they are actively pursuing leads in a specific industry.
Convert lead to new contact ALWAYS
Id like my workflow conversion of leads into contact to not "update" and only "duplicate" (ie - always create a new contact. The convert lead to contact button reads "If a Lead's email matches an existing Contact, instead of creating a new Contact, we will add it to the existing one. Similarly if a Lead's company name matches an existing Account, we will add it to the existing one." I want for the lead to always create a new contact. How do I do this? Thanks :)

If my users convert a quote to a sales order my Validation Rules are ignored. For example on my Sales Order I have a SHIP DATE field which must be set upon Sales Order Creation. It works if I create a Sales order from scratch but not if I convert a Quote.

My user id is 658187232.I and my 14 users have been using Zoho for 3 months, and calling on Mobile App doesnt log any calls. Though its marketed as a feature, but it doesnt work. The UI of Web is great, but the mobile appp functionalities are NIL! I have had 80 phone calls with Mobile support team but no result. Checking "scenarios" , Or-specific issue, etc are different reasons given but NO RESULT

Autoupdate record when workfows have finished updating it
We are getting to 100 workflows including including a lot of fields updates and custom functions. Unfortunately it is so confusing for the regular user after making changes in the records what is there on screen is an illusion, why? because we all need to REFRESH the browser in order to see what is left after running all the "Automations". Field change rule doesn't trigger when field is updated using zoho.crm.updateRecord in custom function
We have a scenario as follows. When an invoice is created a workflow rule is triggered and one of the actions is a custom function that updates a custom field in the invoice based on products that were purchased. There is another workflow rule that looks for a field update for the custom field. When running the custom function from the script builder a call to zoho.crm.updateRecord will cause the field change rule to run and when it is run from within the workflow rule as an action the field change
Where is the Record ID field to add to reports?

*URGENT* Cant visualize Wrokflow rules with Lock
Hey, I have two workflow rules with lock. Before the Lock i could open them, visualize them and modify them. Now with the lock whenever I open them it shows me the message: "Once edited, any changes made will be saved and the Rule will be locked again. Do you still want to edit this rule?" Duplicate Invites
Our users integrate their Zoho and Office 365 calendars/events. When they create a New Event (either from the Contacts page side in Zoho or through a calendar invite in Office 365), the system(s) will send at least TWO invitations out. So our customers will get 2 emails with 2 invites, each formatted slightly different but with the same general information. Hi there. Prior to Zoho CRM I used a program that allowed me to be notified if an email was NOT responded to. I could set it between 2 and 7 days. If the recipient did not open the email, then a reminder was put on my dashboard. This saved me a lot of time, more importantly, I was able to stay on top of following up on emails sent out and very little fell through the cracks. Workflow Rule for Tasks
Within our tasks module we have three different categories for 'Status', one of which is 'deferred'. I'm trying to create a workflow rule so that when the user selects 'deferred' it will automatically push the due date back by 5 days or so. I've set it up so the execution of the workflow occurs when the user inputs 'deferred' into 'status' - I've put an instant action in as a field update - tasks >>>>> update >>>>> Due Date = execution + 5 days, however it isn't have the desired effect - any help?

Today I have noticed a couple of new additions in CRM, one being new filter options (Touched & Untouched) but there is also a new option in the module builder called "User 1" - what is this exactly? Hey guys, I'm hoping this is achievable, and I don't see why it can't be achieved; all I'm looking to do is create a script for a link/button that will open a new email with an existing template pre-populated in the message part of the email already, but NOT send it. Scheduled Sync Job to Shopify Broken
Back on Feb 19th I discovered my scheduled sync job that syncs Shopify contacts and the purchases they make stopped working. This used to sync the new clients that purchased a product and also created invoices in Zoho for the purchases any client makes through our Shopify account. It just stopped working. I have a lookup field from standard module (Campaigns). In the record of one register in the module campaigns, I select one value (support name) from a custommodule (support or CustomModule1). I have another custom module (trazador or CustomModule10) when I have a lookup field from campaigns. We are a small company B2C that conciders Zoho CRM. It needs to be scaled down to be useful. We are intending to import the customer data we have into contacts, i.e from old customers, we have a high level of repeat business. A couple of questions: 1. If we recevie a call we dont know if it's a new or an existing customer (we would look into integrate the phone sysetm at one point). The obvious is to start entering the call into a lead but I find no way how to recognize the customer if it exists

Running a report and displaying a custom URL field as an actual clickable URL
Hi, We have a custom field that is a URL added on some contacts in our CRM. We have reports that shows if Contact X has URL, then the contact shows on a report, it also includes the URL in the report. The URL is however not "clickable" directly from the report, which is anoying. Same think in the Deal module - we run a report, we have an added field that is of type URL, but in the report listing, it the URL is not clickable. Anything we are doing wrong that you can help us with?
