Calculations based on If Statements from dropdown field
Hi Zoho, I have a calculation that I need done only if a certain drop down field is selection (Yes/No option). For example: Drop down field - Is this a VAT customer? Yes/No If Yes: Amount = 100 VAT Amount = Amount - (Amount / 1.19) Net Amount = Amount - (Amount - (Amount / 1.19) If No Amount = 100 VAT Amount = 0 Net Amount = Amount Do you have any suggestions how I can reach this result? Need to have tasks sync with office 365 calendar just like events. This is one of the biggest request we get from users. Tasks are nice because they have a completed or not started status that stays open unless manually touched (where as events automatically close once the time has passed). recognize you will need to add an optional time field to the task instead of just date.
Potential: Making Required Fields only when Closed Won
What I'd like to do is set the custom fields "start date" and "end date" required when the work is set to "Closed Won". Is this possible? Thanks Andrew
How to set up automatic contacts synchronization throughout the entire ZOHO-One platform?
I assume there is a way to set up ZOHO-One in order for it to automatically synchronize contacts throughout the entire platform (among which Mail, Connect, CRM, Desk, Books, Contact Manager, Projects, etc.) but I am unable to find it. Can someone please direct me to instructions on how to do this? The same question I have about documents, and notes, and ... well, everything! Shouldn't everything synchronize in an integrated platform? Now I receive a file attachment in an email which I need in ZOHO-Connect.

I have implemented 2 layouts for my Transaction folder : Seller's Timeline and Buyer's Timeline (I am a real estate agent). The problem is that I see both layouts in the timeline view even though I select only one layout at a time (either the Seller's Timeline or the Buyer's Timeline. ; first the Seller Timeline (every stage is showing) and then the Buyer Timeline (again all stages are showing) as I scroll to the right. Hi, I am installing the mailchimp app (extension?) to sync mailchimp to zoho crm. The functionality that I want is to be able to manage mailchimp lists in zoho, then sync to mailchimp. Disjointed process

Custom function creating event but adding 6 hours to event start time?

Hi, is it possible to check for email "domain" duplication while creating the lead? I have tried syncing my contacts to my phone from exchange server. However it only pulls the contact email address not the contacts phone number. Can this be fixed. I do call out of CRM app to track calls and get contact information however There is no way to know who is calling me when the phone. As the caller ID is blank. We have a number of e-mail templates created in CRM. Today, when we go to send an e-mail and choose a template, the subject line and attachment load, but the body portion of the e-mail is blank. Getting Related Lists for Custom Modules
I have a custom module (CustomModule1) 'Presentations'. All of my 'Leads' have a lookup field that allows them to be tied to a given 'Presentation'. So the items from the 'Leads' module populate a related list 'Attendees' in the 'Presentations' module. I'm trying to make an API call to get a list of 'Attendees' for a given 'Presentation' ID, and I'm struggling.
