How to manually dial out from Zoho Support using Twilio
I have integrated my Twilio number and built the IVR and tested and works fine receiving calls. I am also able to dial out to any account I have intergrated via my CRM using the green telephone button. My question is - how would I dial a new number that isnt part of the CRM database? So is it possible to show a keypad of numbers to manually dial out to a number? (I do not want to have to create a contact to do this due to fast paced nature of my service environment) Many thanks M

Does anyone know if it is possible to create a link or button to re-run a workflow on a particular record. A) Would be handy for debugging B) Sometimes my workflows fail due to an integrity error within my data. I have a report that returns me the contacts for whom my email campaign bounced. So "Campaign status = bounced". Of course, when I update that person's email address, they still appear on the report because "bounced" was the value at the time. Google Calendar issue
Hi, Having an issue with our calendar sync (I think). We keep getting duplicate events within Zoho CRM. Additionally, we will see that these events are showing created by Person B - when in reality they were created by Person A in Zoho. Email Merge with merged PDF Document
I think I can do this with Panda Docs but only one contact at a time. In Zoho CRM can only do a email template merge or document template merge, but not both. Need a check box to include PDF copy and ability to do this for many contacts in a view and not just one at a time. Possible?

What will happen to my datetime fields with British Summer Time (BST)?
Hi I have just noticed that the datetime fields vary depending upon the user's timezone. We have events booked in with a start date/time and end date/time. These events are booked up to a year in the future. If I book a November event today (in BST) with a start time of 8AM, what time will this field show in November (winter time)? It MUST stay as 8AM. Please can you advise what the datetime would show in November - 8AM or 7AM?

How do you measure deal velocity?
Many times the deal stage is updated after the fact. The problem is the deal stage date is the date the deal stage is changed with no ability to edit it. Also if there is a mistake there is no way to delete it. Separating Sections of a Layout
A big challenge with the new Zoho layouts is finding fields on a page. We have many sections and the old version separated different sections by color making it easy to find a section and then the field. The new Zoho "Clean" look, the entire View is white and after many months of using the new version still have the same problem. Hi there, In our business, we deal directly with Customers, however sometimes the transactions are direct, and other times they are via Partners who on-sell our service to the Customer. Should we create all our Leads and Deals based on the Customer for consistency?
