Prices in quotes are justifying over two lines when exported
Hi, for some reason, when the prices in the quote are over 10,000.00 in value then the field moves the number below the currency value ie if the price is 999.99 the out put is £999.99 if it goes over the number then the output shows as £ 10,000.00 how can i force the field to resize correctly (note that the form is fine, it just happens when we try to export it to pdf to send it out
Strange chat behavior
Today i had embedded a webform into https://www.livecati.com/contact-us/ and i realized i could chat with website visitors from the Zoho bar. I haven't installed any chat code, so I'm confused how this is possible. It's awesome, but odd!

I imported a bunch of new accounts this morning from Excel. There were some duplicates, so I ran the deduplicate command. Three times, all failed. I deleted all the new accounts I'd added and tried again. Also failed. Has someone broken it? Jeff
"there is no data to show" retrieving data from CRM based on zcrm_account_id retrieved form books
I have some code (dot net) in which I retrieve invoices from Books. I retrieve the vale zcrm_account_id. I then do a call like this: https://crm.zoho.com/crm/private/xml/Accounts/getRecordById?authtoken=SomeValue&scope=crmapi&id=RetreivedValueOfzcrm_account_id but get "there is no data to show" returned. From a custom module, is there a simple One Click URL that can be assigned to a button so that it links to a mail merge document/template. i.e. Module called 'Delivery Note' Can I have a button 'View Delivery Note' that passes in the ID and the Template Name, so the user has instant access to the merged document? Hello, We are using Zoho CRM and we are in to supply chain and logistics where one quotation will have multiple currencies at line level. as of now, the quotation can be generated at header level currency in Zoho CRM. SalesIQ Visit Tab not visible
Hello, I have enabled the SalesIQ integration. I do get new leads in my CRM with Visitor information, however the Visit Tab is not there, as specified here: https://www.zoho.com/crm/help/zoho-salesiq/tracking-visitors.html#Using_Visits_Tab The integration in active and works... Exporting Quote Issues
When we are quoting we see all our products, we we export the quote to a PDF half our products are missing - Why is this happening? Its only happening with some of our staff.
Importing customers
We are starting new with Zoho and have a list of past clients I wish to import into Zoho CRM. Which module do I import then into? Do I import them as leads and then convert them all into accounts and contacts, or do I import them as a contact and then allocate an account to them? Your help is much appreciated.
Year() not outputing data
I have created a formula field to extract the year from a date. I did this in a new section within a new layout (hence, not Standard Layout). The formula is: Year(${Enquiries.Enquiry Date}) But there is no output in my data when I select the field for my output. Shouldn't it show the calculated result of the data? Thanks.
Doubt: Management diferents ecommerces with one unique account.
HI! I am starting to organize my CRM project and I have a big doubt. I have several ecommerce sites. Each one of them is completely different from each other. I could open an account for each site but I don´t want this. I wanted to have a single account and since I managed all the clients of diferent ecommerce. How can I do? Module Association after Lead converted to Contact
I've set our Form entries to be entered as records in a custom module. What I'd like is for the record to associate automatically with the lead or contact that matches the email address on the form. Then if that lead is converted to a contact the record association would continue on.

API getrecord on account seems limited to 20 lines

Expected revenue
As the owner of an Independent Rep company, "Expected Revenue"means commissions to be received. From what I see the Expected Revenue is controlled by Probability %. If we have a Prospect to buy a $10,000 product and the Probability of a win is 90%, our revenue could be only $1,000 in commissions paid. This should not be an interactive field.

Synchronize Zoho Inventory templates to Zoho CRM ?
I went ahead and set up the templates for Zoho Inventory, thinking this would affect everything that it is sync'd to in the Zoho Stratosphere. Apparently, the Sales Order, Invoice, etc templates in Zoho Inventory do not synchronize with CRM. How can I create the exact same templates? I don't want an invoice from Zoho CRM to look different than an invoice from Zoho Inventory or Zoho Invoice. If there was an "edit as HTML" button that showed the entirety of the HTML code for the Zoho Inventory templates

Updating drop down lists and maintaining information up to date in the different records
Hello, I want to update the list I have for 'Client Types'. Is there a way to modify the list of choice so that the existing records are also updated? For example, I have 'Dealer' as a category. I wish to update the list and have 'Dealer - product A' for all my existing dealers. At the moment, if I change my options, the records will not be updated. I do not wish to updated record. Hi there, I've been a user with Zoho CRM for about 3-4 years now. It's been great, and has helped us grow our online revenue, and keep track of our customers and contacts. Although - over the years, I've noticed many small improvements, I find it beginning to lack behind other comparable CRM/Marketing systems. I could be mistaken, but I've been yearning for features, like link tracking, lead scoring - basic information to see how my leads, and list have been interacting with my marketing efforts.
Terrible chat support... How is this solved?
Three times I asked help from chat support and they didn't help me at all, only made me waste time. The problem is that the mails I send to and receive from my leads don't appear in each lead's record. I have my email account configured with POP. How to change the order of search results fields?
When searching contacts, I can choose the fields to be searched but I cannot edit the order they are shown in. So the clickable "full name" field actually appears all the way on the right, which is inconvenient. I know I can select the fields but can I edit the ORDER that they are shown from left to right?
