Associating accounts to groups
This is probably the most basic question, but how do I assign accounts that are already created to a group so that only members of that group can see them. I thought I could do it by territory but I can't figure that out either.

Are layouts rules reflected in the mobile app ?
Hi, I programmed some layout rules for my potential module, some showing sections and others setting mandatory fields based on the stage of the potential. It seems to work fine on the desktop version. However, I don't feel them being reflected in the mobile version (I'm using the iOS one) and as most of my team are using the mobile app 95% of the time, this function is kind of useless if it's not working on the mobile app. Is it normal ? Mail Magnet - multiple email addresses
It is common for a contact, lead, etc to have more than one email address, and these may be easily added to their record. However, mail magnet only filters in the emails that are associated with their primary email address with field name "Email". Is it possible to have the emails from all of the email addresses to be filtered in? If so, please explain how. CRM+ pricing problems with zoho projects
The issue we are facing is a bundling issue. In general we like the features and pricing of crm+, and before we subscribed to that package. But the package would not allow us to add more users of zoho projects who were not crm+ subscribers. I believe there is a confusion on the part of zoho about who uses projects. Workflow to Send Email
I have a workflow to send an email to a lead based on several criteria. The workflow works and the emails are sent when expected. Problem is the emails don't show up under the emails section of the lead itself. Am I missing something or is this just the way it works? Thanks, Ron

Workflow Rules not Executed in API Call
I created an Accounts workflow rule to update a Deal record when an Account is created but when an Insert Account Record API (https://crm.zoho.com/crm/private/xml/Accounts/insertRecords?...) call is made using webhook post the WorkFlow Rule is not executed. I am not sure why but I expect the workflow rule to be executed. Help!

Zoho campaigns to CRM - campaign not showing against contact
I've successfully sent marketing emails via Zoho campaigns, where synch contacts from CRM to Campaigns, send the email and then in CRM each contact has the campaign in the campaign area of their contact record and the member status changes (open, click etc.) It hasn't worked this time though. Our primary area of clients is North America but we get a lot of leads (mostly junk) from other areas of the world. When a lead comes in from our webform, I would like it to assign North America in round robin and all others in a second round robin. This will allow a more even distribution of the 'valuable' North American leads. Trouble Installing Outlook Plugin on Outlook 2016 on Surface Tablet
I've been able to install the plugin no problem on my Desktop at home as well as another laptop for another user, however when trying to install it for myself on my Surface Tablet it will not do it. The install looks like it works, however it is no where to be found upon application restart. Is it possible that the version of my Outlook is not supported or because I am using a tablet? Hi. I have two questions: I want customize products related list in sales orders to replace discount and tax columns with other product fields. Is that possible? When I go to costomize module is not option to modify this section. When I create a sales order with new sales order option inside purchase order, the new sales order inherits the purchase order subject value. I need account name and vendor name inherits too. Hi, When I choose Send Mail button in Zoho CRM and send an email, the targeted recipient gets the email as expected.
