Is there a way for the second email ID of the Client/Lead profile to recieve a macro (email send to them) automatically as well?
I think that when I send macro email to recent entries and part of these have two emails listed, just the primary email gets the information. I want that second email to be receiving the correspondence as well. And if possible - to add third email field/box. Thank you!

I have a problem, have one of the products that I accept, I need to list 5 steps to get it delivered. And you need to report which customers and which step you are on. Example: 3 clients in step 1, 4 in step 3 and so on. But I do not need for all the products or projects I sell, only for 1. You can create a potential field that is enabled only if it is for project Z, for example.
Delete contact record when the email address is categorised as ''bounced'' in Zoho Campaign
Hi, I want to create a custom function where when a contact's emails categorised as ''bounce'' with Zoho Campaign to simply erase the contact record. The reason why we need to do this is because, in our industry, the turnover is very high, people are working into a company sometimes for less than 6 months. When we have a contact with an email address, we assume they still work there. By erasing the records, if the email bounced, ensure we only keep the right contacts in our CRM. How could we do that?
Action report filter criteria

Rule is not triggered on update of a record via API
Hello, We are using API to update Contact's last login date and number of days after last login fields. We have Rule, which is triggered everytime Contact is updated, there is a condition to create a task for the contact owner if number of days from last login is equal to a number. It used to work, but now it does not work. And rule is not triggered by API update. When I update contact manualy, rule is triggered. So conditions in the rule are correct. Thank you in advance, Ivan
Problems with API
Hi! We are having problems with the API. We sync data from other server to Zoho CRM, and we need to trigger certain workfow rules whenever there is a change. The problem is that when we update records via API, and we do it massively, the workflow rules arent firing. We generated a ticket, but there is no way to follow it, and we haven't received a e-mail. We also think that you cannot offer chat assistance only for clients on trial, and not having this option available for paying customers. I think
Sending follow up email automatically after sending an email
Hello, As per sales process we send a custom proposal using an html email template to our leads or contacts, sometime this email goes to spam folder, so ideally we want to send a text email saying to check the proposal email that will be sent automatically after sending the proposal email. Hello, In the Lead module, when a user wants to change the Ownership of a lead, the Checkbox 'Send Notification email to the selected Owner" is only available to me (the admin). How can I turn on this features for all users? To be clear, the users can change the ownership, but it's only the notification checkbox that is missing. It is available in the admin mode however. Mautic integration with Zoho workflow
Hello! We've succesfully integrated our mautic installation with Zoho, and we are able to push new leads into our Zoho crm. Separately, we've created a workflow so our sales rep is notified via an email whenever a lead is ready to be contacted. When we manually create a new lead, the workflow works as expected. When mautic pushes a new lead, the lead is created succesfully, but no email is sent. Is there a way we can configure the workflow to work with leads coming from mautic?

Map a field from custom module to Products module with specific layout
How do I make a field (column) appear from Custom Module 3 in Products where Layout is “car rental”. CustomModule3 represents vehicle details (vehicle name, number of seats, type etc.). I need to be able to show some of that information (number of seats, vehicle type) under Products with ‘Car Rent’ layout. Customer Lead Conversion - Re-Assigning Emails From Leads
Due to our complicated sales process, I'm developing a custom function to perform do Lead Conversions. It creates multiple Accounts, Contacts and one Potential. During this process, I had to figure out how to re-assign the Tasks, Calls and Events to the Potential. I'm having trouble re-assigning the 'Emails' section of the Lead to the Potential. Hi, I have set up a workflow and it's working great, however I'd like to stop it if a certain date/time has been reached. We have an event, however if people are late registering then they will miss out on a certain time-based offer and I'd like to stop the trigger that sends out a certain email. Suddenly permissions denied for user adding an event
I have a user who was trying to add an event to a contact. She was able to open the dialogue box, enter info, but then received an error saying "Insufficient privileges to perform this operation". We have not changed anything in our account, and this user has entered events before without issue. Attached is an image with a screenshot of the error.
Export data to excel via xml
Hi, We have setup a connection in excel to request live data but as there is no schema file, excel then creates a default map which is not formatted in the correct way. Is there a way to specify the schema file so this is formatted correctly or another way to extract the data into excel so it can then be used for normal lookups? Thanks Lee
Adding Billable Staff as Products
Hello, I run a company whereby my staff, who I bill out per hour, are my products. Much like a consultancy or law firm. I need to add these staff in as products so that I can create quote for my potential customers. The interface is not very friendly towards people adding hourly-rates and appears to be more geared towards physical inventory. Does anyone have any tips for adding billable staff as products in the CRM?
Access page visits at Account level in Zoho CRM
Right now Zoho SalesIQ visits are shown at the contact level in Zoho CRM. I need to see this at the account level for all contacts at a company. If there was a way to get access to page visits data then I could at least save all visits to a new module and relate it to the account. Regards, Glenn
Can't get web form autoresponder to work
I have created a simple web form. I've defined an auto responder to send out a reply with an attachment. This autoresponder has only one criteria and that is the email address cannot be empty. I've tested it numerous times but no response gets sent to the submitter or the admin. I've tested the email form independently and it sends just fine. Can't see what I'm doing wrong. CRM Workflow Not Working
I have created a workflow to generate an Instant Action based on creating a new lead with a "lead source" of "From Website" however it does not perform the action. I have attached a screenshot of the rule I created. Is there a setting or option that I'm missing to trigger the workflow?

Web to Lead not Triggering Workflow Automations
I have a few forms on my website that I set up as web to lead forms manually (I did not use the website integration tools). All are working fine. This morning, I set up a workflow rule that if a lead comes in with certain criteria in a field, it automatically sends an email and updates the lead status. It is not doing either if the lead comes from my website, but if I manually enter the lead with the exact same information, it is working fine. It is set to execute on create. Is there a reason that
ZOHO /RULES
We configurate an API for charge the leads from the web quotation to our CRM. The application charges all the information in our CRM but don't assign as the rules. What is the problem?
