Custom function to create a new record on custom module
Hi, I created a custom function to create a new record on custom module in zoho crm using zoho integration task. But that doesn't seem to work. Am I missing out anything? Is there any workaround? Google Calendar: participant RSVP problems
The majority of our users don't directly interact with Zoho CRM, nor do we want them to, as their primary tools are Gmail and Google Calendar. As such, we want to sync their calendars with the CRM to capture meeting activity ("Events"). Leads captured - what next?
I have captured a number of leads from our website. I now want to be able to automate a sequence of emails to follow at certain intervals. Do I need to be on Enterprise level to do this? If so, on Professional' subscription level what's the best way to do this? (and manage the ever changing list). CRM Accounts there is no information about Customer sync?
I have a issue where i want use the same customer in Zoho Subscription after create in CRM. Sync mode is on and at the moment when a account is created I have a new customer in books (the same id in subscription). If i retrieve customer in books i’m able to see the link and ids but my workflow start in CRM where i want to get information across books or subscription but there is no ID related in CRM. There is way to get or use the same customer and prevent duplication if the first read is in CRM.

Rebuilding the Web-to-lead forms
I've been having issue with web-to-lead forms for some time now. It appears bots are targeting the forms directly, now and then we will have a surge of junk leads come through, mostly from russian descent , if i check out analytics, we do not have the same surge in web traffic that the forms had. Rule to Create Task EVERY TIME field is updated
We send samples to prospects and customers so I want to create a rule that creates a task to follow-up in 7 days time with every customer or prospect and every time they have a sample (customers can receive multiple samples over time). Can I use a pick list or multiple choice check box and EVERY TIME it is updated the rule is triggered? The options could be 'Sample 1, 'Sample 2', 'Sample 3' etc. Cheers.

When I am in the campaign module, and I use the list, the values are: Planned, Invited, Sent, Received, Opened, Responded, Bounced, Opted Out Help says the Campaign Member Status defaults are: Invited, Attended, Not Attended, etc. However, when I go to edit the existing values via Settings, the values are: Planning, Active, Inactive & Complete. Any changes that I make to the list within settings do not appear within the campaign.contacts.editMemberStatus How can I customize the values for campaign.contacts.EditMemberStatus????

Mass Email from Zoho CRM "From" display
Is there a way to avoid the "From" name in mass emails sent from Zoho CRM showing in the following formats (actual names/domains I have substituted for privacy)?: Received in Outlook: name=domain.com@mailer2.zohocrm.com; on behalf of; First Last <name@domain.com> Received in Gmail: First Last <name@domain> via mailer2.zohocrm.com These changes are a dead giveaway the recipient is part of a mass mailing, even when sending very small batches. How can I see if a workflow is active for a lead or contact?

Click to call options really need to be improved. Based on my understanding I need to add a 1 in front of every number in our database to get Skype click to call working. I don't really want to do this. Beside it being a hassel to add a 1, if we did do this, numbers will show like this 1234567890 as apposed to this (123) 456-789, not a big deal but still annoying.
