Hello, My company and I started using your product for about 2 weeks. We have decided to not use the Leads module because it does not have a Google Contacts sync for it (just Contacts has this). I have created several personalized fields in the Contact sheet. The same fields are present in the Deal sheet. My question is this: When I create a new deal from a certain contact can some of the fields be automatically copied from Contacts to Deals? It would greatly help me reduce the copy-paste needed.

CRM not picking up Invoice info even though they are linked
We have Invoice and CRM linked and they seem to do an ok job sharing info even though we have not done thorough testing... There is an issue with Invoices not showing in CRM. When you look at a contact and scroll to the Invoices section nothing is showing. Help is appreciated, this is important for us, thanks.

How to implement a double opt-in process?
Hi We want to setup a page where customers can sign up for our newsletter and we want to use the usual double opt-in procedure: 1. The customer enters his email 2. The custer receives an automated response email with a confirmation link 3. Only when the customer clicks on the link, his email is finaly added to our subscriber list The problem is step 2. Zoho CRM having increasing amount of BUGS
All the recent changes and feature additions to Zoho are great. However what I'm finding is that there is an increasing amount of BUGS that are popping up. I've reported 5 in the last week with several others in the last month. What's annoying is bugs are causing existing workflows to break and it takes a while to convince support that it exists! Enabling to modify the text displayed when events are notified to contacts

I am creating a Zoho CRM webform for my website that creates a Lead. I'd like to have a Date field named "requested download" and have that hidden and auto-fill with today's date. Why aren't all my templates showing?
I created several templates for emails I send frequently for customer service purposes but only a handful show up. I had to categorize some as Task rather than Contacts or Leads. Can I not use those as email templates?

Suggestions for data migration from old CRM
Looking for recommendations on exporting data from old CRM. The export function in previous CRM leaves out a lot of data that is needed. It only allows for client name address date of birth.. No notes no payment history. Any suggestions on migrating the rest of the data?
Random Error evaluating MAP expression errors
I am hoping someone can assist. I have a number of custom functions which have been produced by a range of Zoho Alliance Partners and one by Zoho itself. The functions work well 97% of the time. However, I experience 3 or 4 instances a day where an app will fail on the basis of "Error evaluating MAP expression" (according to the Zoho CRM log). To me this appears to be a backend Zoho issue, as the coding is correct, as evidenced by the fact that the workflows work well in the vast majority of instances.
QuickBooks Enterprise NOT integrated any longer?
Just got a note that ZoHo CRM is no longer offering integration with QB. Does anyone have another CRM that they utilize effectively with QB? We will not/cannot move off of QB - so we are committed to it, but now we are struggling to make Zoho CRM talk to QB - even though we LOVE Zoho. HELP?
Unable to connect to messaging server - cannot send through Zoho CRM
I am currently getting the following message when I try and send emails from the Zoho CRM: "Sorry, we are unable to process your request. Please try again later. For assistance, contact us at Zoho." Also, at the footer, we are getting messages like "Unable to connect to messaging server.Connecting in 3:21Try Now" Is there a known issue at the moment? Hi, We're using your WebTab feature to embed our application in Zoho CRM. I have create custom button in deal page passing param and open webview. Is it possible for the WebTabs to append parameter to the link URL? For example something like the following would be perfect: -web view url http://test.com - The user creates a web tab that links to: http://test.com?dealId=$zoho_dealId - When the user clicks the tab the URL is called, except the $zoho_userid part is replaced with the deal ID. Removed Potentials - need to get them back
So I was cleaning up old potentials off the list and deleting them, I know the account info and contacts do not get deleted but some that I needed to keep were removed and now I need them back. Where is the ability to restore these potentials out of the trash like in MS Office applications?

4600 error issue
I'm getting a 4600 error which I understand is due to improper API call syntax. But I've triple checked every character or my url strong and I cannot find what is amiss. I receive this error only when I try to run an api call for 'potentials' but not for other types, like 'leads'. I get a proper response when I use the exact same url (just switch out the id with a lead-id).
