How do I import/update accounts but not the name?
I'm trying to move thousands of accounts from Salesforce into Zoho, but because the SF file is so massive I have to do it in phases. What I did first was import 2 million accounts with the Name, DUNS (custom unique field), address, owner, and Salesforce Record ID (custom unique field). That all worked, but now I need to add more details, so the Salesforce Record ID is the primary key, so my new report only has that, plus 10 other custom fields. However I can't import it as it says Account Name
How to see visitor is from?

events and google sync
So after seeking advice we are experimenting with multipe users and google sync to make our diary clearer. The problem at the moment is that only one user and we set up one way google sync crm to google and the results are that not all events are shown in google. i cannot see a logical reason at present. Second Gmail Account
Hi, I am using ZoHo and evaluating long term use but struggeling with the Email Sync. I can only connect one e-mail address to Zoho using G-Mail IMAP but would require to synchronise more inboxes, next to my personal email adress I also need to fetch generic email addresses like sales@.... How can I set up more Gmail accounts to be synchronized to ZoHo CRM?

Disable certain Related Lists in Setup?
How can we disable certain related lists from setup? For example, we do not need Products, Quotes, Account opening docs lists in the Contacts module. I'm unable to remove this in setup. Your help is appreciated. Thanks, Saranya

Possible to have One Shared Calendar within Zoho... e.g.: To book a meeting room?
Is it possible to have a shared calendar within Zoho without adding another user? Scenario Different users want to book a meeting room. They currently can only add to their own calendars. It makes sense to have one shared calendar so users can book the room and not have two meetings booked at same time. I'm aware that this can be done with gApps which is the workflow we use. It would be great if this is possible within Zoho as we could then push link the potential and pull in all the details automatically.
Zoho CRM API Update records charset
Hi, I am trying to automatically update my phone field in zoho CRM using the API. But I can not get the whole phone number updated. I want to add my phone number with the following format [country code][area code][phonenumber] for example +31 1 234567890 But when I update a record the + char and spaces are not updated so the phonenumber in zoho becomes 311234567890 Can you maybe tell me which charset is used and if it possible to send these kind of characters to a phone field Kind regards Joost Verheijen

We are trying to style our webforms and we get Zoho logo on our site and the statement "Zoho does not endorse the contents of this form". How do we remove that? How can we style the forms our self!?
Edited Standard view modules not appearing in Mobile App

It seems impossible to include Account Name in a report with Contacts and Campaigns!
I have setup a campaign in Zoho CRM and added contacts to it, that we will target. After modifying a field against each contact in the campaign, I now want to create a report to show Account Name, Contact details and status of the campaign field. But Zoho will only let me create a report with Account and Contacts or Campaigns and Contacts but not Accounts, Contacts and Campaign fields. How do I create a report that includes the Account Name as well as Contacts details in a Campaign Report??? Best
Item IDs different in Zoho CRM and Zoho Inventory
I have products synchronised between by X-Cart ECommerce platform and Zoho CRM. I am now planning to push Sales orders from X-Cart to Zoho Inventory. However, it appears that the product id allocated to a product in Zoho CRM seems different to the product id for the same product in Zoho Inventory. User cannot see emails
My boss has had an ongoing issue for several years now where he cannot view other users emails sent from CRM. He is set up as a Sales Manager and an Administrator. Please better scheduling
My usual request. As a service company with engineers on the road the office staff organise the appointments. It would be so great if the calendar was colour coded to make appointment type easier. Yes I know that we keep asking and the stock response is no plan and to use multiple accounts for different people. Does anybody have a better plan to aid appointment scheduling.
Scheduling Prospect Calls - Daily Call List?
Hello, I've searched the help section and forum and can't seem to find the answer. How do you schedule multiple prospecting calls and have them show up on a report (tomorrow's calls, this weeks calls, etc.)? I've added a new task under the lead but it doesn't show up as a call when I look at the report. I've change the report view to "tomorrow" but the call isn't listed. In the end I want to view a daily list of prospecting calls. Thanks! Lyle
javascript in webform to populate a field.
It seems zoho still doesn't handle address fields in the deals module (only contact module). Add Email to a Potential?
My company uses Potential's as potential deals we are going to close. The deals can take months to close and require intensive back-and-forth with several people. We'd like to be able to send/receive emails via Outlook and add those emails to the Potential via the Outlook Plugin. Currently I see "Select Module" for Contact and Lead, but not for Potential. We do connect emails to Contacts and would like to continue to do so, but we also want to connect them to Potentials. Other CRMs allow this. This
Zoho CRM solutions not synched with Zoho reports
In Zoho API settings for snych of CRM with Reports (https://crm.zoho.eu/crm/ShowSetup.do?tab=webInteg&subTab=zohoApps&appname=reports) I cant find module "solutions". Is this due to our subscription (we have subscription professional for Zoho CRM and standard for reports) or is it not available at all? If not available at all, I understand that we need to do extend the synch by creating a job that fetches the solutions through CRM API (which is possible according to https://www.zoho.com/crm/help/api/modules-fields.html#Solutions)
AWFUL TECH SUPPORT!!!!!!!!!
I am having issues with the potentials module and field "stage" record not displaying the correct value, it is instead displaying a random number..... ie - 179798000028876089 etc. I contacted live chat who after explaining over and over iv tested to confirm its not a browser or user issue gave me a screen share. Nevin then tried to fix the issue by testing the issues on many different records within the live CRM!!!! all now with stage values that are not linked to any view and could be lost....
Administrator acount standard version and remaining free version
My organization is small, 5 sale and I'm a manager. I want upgrade my acount to standard version to make report and using Maine more feature But my sale is not necessary . So upgrade only my acount is possible ? And my sale still login and using free version! I think it is possible because Zoho CRM flexible for every business model
Contact Module - Simple Name Search made a complex clumsy time waster
Who agrees with me that one of the main things that people want to do in the contacts module is search for someone? And that a 'someone' is a person (a human being) And that a person has a first and last name. So would it come as no surprise that perhaps one of the most common used feature is to search by first and last name????? So if I want to search for one of my contacts called John Citizen Previously I would just search "John C" in the contact name filter that was on top and it would display.
Add link to emails that are in timeline view
Suggest adding links to an email that is shown in the timeline view for a Contact or Lead. This would be helpful to quickly access the email to see its content. A second suggestion would be to have a preview window open when hovering over an item that is shown in the timeline view. The preview window could be clicked to open the record if desired.

Potential ID and contact ID in one report in zoho crm
Hi! I need to export a custom report from zoho crm, which contains both Potential ID and contact ID. Now when creating new report if I choose Contacts in the first step "Select Module" and then Potentials as a related module, I get only contact id. If I choose Potentials and then Contacts as a Related module, I get only potential id. Is there any way to get both both Potential ID and contact ID in one report? Hi, How can I use the api to search for records where a specific field is empty? for example, get all Sales Orders where Contact Name is empty. It's easy enough in the view, but not through the api - searchRecords can't seem to be able to search for empty value.
