Blank Fields in Self Created CRM Report
I finally figured out how to get notes into a report, all info I request to show is there, I see the field for Account Name however that field will not populate. I do have an account name tied to the deal & am pulling in the notes made under the deal. The Account Name will not show in the field though, please help! (See below) Thank you!

contacts from zoho crm not syncing back to outlook
I had the outlook plugin working on an old windows 7 computer with outlook 2010. I have now installed the plugin on outlook 2016 running in windows 10. There are a few contacts that are in zoho that for some reason aren't in my outlook list. The plugin makes no attempt to bring them into outlook when it runs though. Any thoughts? It also appears that changes I'm making to a contact on the outlook side aren't being made to the zoho side. As a quick experiment I added some gibberish to the notes

I'm looking for a custom function that will clear out a date in a custom field we have in our cases module. We have a "Follow-Up Date" field in cases and I'd like to make a button to clear that date out automatically. Hello, I sampled to create an automated rule to convert leads into contacts. So I have used the workflow rules functionality. Trial CRM Plus -> CRM Professional
Hi everybody. I`m using Zoho since last week and still have 7 days on my trial mode. I've tested Free, Standard, Professional, Enterprise and finally CRM Plus. I think the best one for me will be CRM Professional. From Free to Enterprise, I was swithing between versions in the Setup Menu. Now that i've switched to CRM Plus and i can't go back. Hi Zoho, I am looking into whether it is possible to create a recurring (e.g. weekly, monthly) task in Zoho CRM. In this Knowledgebase article on Recurring Activities, it would seem that this is possible - https://www.zoho.com/crm/help/activities/create-activities.html#Create_Recurring_Activities It seems that this should be possible. I have a Custom Function that I use from within a Workflow. Am I correct in my understanding that the only way to use the same Custom Function from a Button is to recreate the function in the Button Workspace (or at least create another function that in-turn calls it?) I'm curious what type of information people put in the Description vs. the Notes fields for Deals. For instance, I would think the Description would hold details specific to the deal, whereas Notes gives updates on where/how the deal is progressing. Anyone do otherwise, and why?
Can't create an Event with a Related Lead
I can't create an Event with a related Lead. I include these two fields with my xmlData parameter but the field does not populate: <FL val="RELATEDTOID">2111963000000333438</FL> <FL val="SEMODULE">Leads</FL> I can only add a Related To Lead on the website, not through the API. I've tried using the lead's full name but nothing seems to work. Any help very much appreciated.

Email Status filter not working properly
Leads module Email Status in the last X weeks and in the last X months are not working properly. Only in the last x DAYS works properly. Tested this with both sent and opened. Contacts module Only in the last X months doesn't work. Weeks and days both work. Again I only tested this with sent or opened. Tested in both Chrome and MS Edge.

Hello, Have a rather complex question here... We are sending mass emails to our Leads as part of a marketing campaign. I want to make sure that we do not send emails twice to the same lead. Therefore, I created a drop-down field called "Intro Email" that we can mass update upon sending out the emails to select leads. Is it possible to add a category, or a tag, to a CRM contact so you can sort names by relevant interest and create an email list for marketing or invitations?
