I am evaluating Zoho. I imported about 10k contacts, and then tried to add a new contact for a new individual at a company that was in the original upload. Hello everyone. Hoping that someone else has come up with a solution to my issue. If I understand the flow correctly (Salesforce trained) Leads to Contacts linked to Accounts. Deals link to Contacts. With this in mind when I contact a lead I create a call. Then I schedule a call. Once I have qualified them then they become a contact. So far so good. Follow-Up Calls/Tasks
I have noticed that the 'Save and Create Follow-Up Task' within the call module is ONLY present when you log it from Activities > + Call. However, often we will be logging calls from within the 'Deal' or 'Account Modules, where you have the smaller call pop-up window. In that call module, they do NOT have a "Follow-Up" Option to select. Is there any way to activate this or is it just not a current feature? When will the new Headline fields be put into Zoho? Google Adwords started using Expanded Text Ads. This will be the default in Adwords in about 30 days. Simply is there a URL to open Zoho CRM and do a search by a URL parameter?
Our backend customer website would like to provide a link to quickly go to our Zoho CRM and do a search against all the modules. Its the same search as the top header allows in the application with the magnifying glass, but I want to provide the search term in a URL and just get the search results on the crm.zoho.com website. Lead Aging custom field in "Days : Hrs : Min" format
I am trying to create a custom field that will calculate the aging of a lead. In our business speed to responding to a lead is critical so we measure it in terms of Days, Hours, Min. I created the following formula which accurately calculates the Lead Aging in decimal form: Datecomp(Now(),${Leads.Created Time})/1440 The problem is I need to convert the decimal form into Days, Hours, Min. Skype recently terminated the functionality within their Click to Call which highlights the telephone number and thus allows the number to be dialed automatically within Skype. Issue with seeing accessing ALL view of a creator form in CRM Plus
I recently purchased crm plus. The first two weeks. I could create a tab for a creator from. I could than view ALL views of that form beautifully. Then there was an API issue and you could not view any integrations. That has been corrected. HOWEVER, I currently CAN NOT view ALL the views of a form that has been integrated in crm plus from the crm. No matter what view is selected the same view appears. Trying to export Parent Account Id in a csv file from an Account report
When I create a report of my Accounts - I ask for the following fields: Account Name Parent Account The .csv file that exports shows ACCOUNTID Account Name Parent Account ACCOUNTID I was hoping that one of the ACCOUNTID columns would be the Account ID of the Parent Account, but both ACCOUNTID's are of the Account Name. Is there another way to get the Parent Account ID - or do I just have to search by the "Name" and not the Id?
Zoho CRM and Zoho Books integration
I have integrated our Zoho CRM and Zoho Books account. I was able to view the Zoho Books module within Zoho CRM with no issues. I am the admin of both our Zoho CRM and Zoho Books accounts. However when one of my uses try to access the Zoho Books module within Zoho CRM they get the message Insufficient Privileges to perform this operation. Contact your Administrator. After checking, it seems like only with admin profiles in Zoho CRM can access the Zoho Books modules. I don't want to give admin profiles

It would be very helpful for me to get input from Zoho regarding planned improvement to CRM 2016. It would enable me to plan better in order to meet my specific needs. Take email as an example; Around the introduction of CRM 2016, I switched to IMAP from POP3. My reason was to resolve issues in POP3, such as email duplication. months event view problem
slightly odd as we change from October to November in Monthly view for November we have days showing no appointments even though if we click on the day they show. They also show on the spill over in October. I have tried refreshing page. It is causing some problems Any ideas.

Problem with filter on activity view
Hello, On the former ZOHO version it was possible to filter the view with any visible columns even the column "description" With the new version even if we add the column "description " in the view it is impossible to make a filter because this added column does not appear on the drop down box list on the left side Is it a bugg????
