Email Template for Record Type: Events
Hi, I have created a new email template for events. How can I send emial to my client / lead using this template? Template is not available from leads nor clients tab (understandable as record type: Event was selected. But in the Event tab there is no option to send email. Am I missing something? Is it possible to use this template type only using Workflow Rules and to have Enterprise ver of Zoho CRM? I am using Profesional Ver. Thanks Piotr
I would like to merge contact info into a template letter?
I was hoping that i could set up a letter as a template and just have the contact info for the contact i am working with import into the template letter so i can mail it and attach to contact file.
How to see a full database export?
Our company is currently paying for the "Professional" level package that allows us to export 2000 contacts in reports at a time. Does anyone know how we can export a full list of our contact list in Zoho? I see the "Enterprise" level allows you to export 3000 at a time if I'm not mistaken. Would we have to upgrade to Enterprise to access our full list? Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

I am trying to set up sales inbox and having problems. I posted in the sales inbox forum but apparently no one watches it. Being Saturday there is no support. Never heard of customer support closing on Saturday. Oh well. Can anyone help with sales inbox?
De-activating and re-activating a user
I de-activated a user of Zoho CRM and now need to re-activate that same person. When I add him as a new user I get a message saying that the email is already, specifically: "This Email address is already taken. Specify a different Email address for the user". How do I completely erase a user from Zoho so that I can re-activate the same email account?
Query parameters
Hi Zoho Team, We are developing connector for Zoho CRM apps. In the exposed API's everything(all field) is going in query parameters. Even the Auth token is in query parameters. When it comes up to security its not a good idea to pass in query parameters as they can decode easily. Is there any way we can make it form encoded?? Thanks and Regards, Mamatha M

Hi Feeds could be a good feature but unfortuantly it seems seams to insist on showing every action that every user has carried out. Is there a way of restricting it down to only users that I have selected to follow. Cheers Dan

We have entered about 600 company contacts as leads. These contacts are individuals in companies that have input in real estate decision making process. The company view question above is basically if it is possible to associate leads to a company. The way the system is set up, I don't know how many companies we are targeting. I care about the number of companies rather than leads. Is there a way to display leads within a company view?

Hi, can I please suggest that the default filter option be "contains" I'm sure this is one of the most common operations on the contact record. The current default is an exact string match which is not efficient in my opinion.
Flow of a sale from a lead to a contact to an account?
Hi I am new to CRM, so I do this: Collect Leads - Call a lead Next is what? If contact agrees and pays me, then do I convert them to a contact? Once I make them to a contact, they become an account too? If if that lead needs a follow up or two but not sure if they would buy or not, do I still convert them to a contact? Also, once I convert someone to a contact, don't they become an account automatically anyway? Is there a guide to show me how to use this properly?? Thank you in advance
Email Merge fields not working
The email merge fields do not seem to be working for me. After I copy and paste the contact and user merge fields into a template and then select the template, the fields stay as the name of the field and do not "merge in" the actual field data. What am I doing wrong, or is there a security setting in my internet explorer that is not allowing the"merge" to occur(attached is a received email confirming this). Maximum Auth Tokens
Our sales engineers are on the road almost constantly. As a result, they max out the number of Auth Tokens very quickly, like once per week. They know how to fix it, by going into their account page and deleting the tokens, but many complain that it is a hassle to keep doing this. Is there a way to increase the number of Auth Tokens? Can I customize the contact lookup in Potentials module to include leads?
At our company we're trying to customize zoho CRM to fit us, so we use some things slightly different from the default. When I select "add contact roles" in potentials, I get to the screen "contact roles mapping", and of course when I click on the "contact name lookup" icon a new window pops up for me to choose a contact from. My question is, can I customize the drop down menu in that window to include Leads? It would be really helpful for how we use the potentials module.
Can't Email From CRM App
I have always been able to pull up a contact in the Zoho CRM app, click on their email, and send them an email. Starting today, it says "you do not have permission to send the email. Please contact your administrator to enable 'send email' permission to your account." What administrator are they talking about? How do I fix this?

Add ability to set multiple event reminders
In Google Calendar, I can set an unlimited number of reminders for each event. I had pop up window to use NEW zoho CRM 2016 i continued working on the old version. i logged a call (being already in one LEAD page). i saved it. and it doesn't appear anymore in the Closed activities. if i make a search i'll see my call in a window called CALLS, but this call is not linked anymore to the LEAD. When closing an account the potentials associated to the account should also close automatically.
When we "park" or close an account, we would love that the potentials associated to that account also close automatically or at least give us the option, when closing an account a pop up asks "Close related Potentials". This would be a great addition to the capabilities.
