"Email Template Body" does not appear when editing templates
Chrome extension issue_Advanced Fields
When using the chrome extension and inputting a new lead, all is fine and everything works perfectly...Until one tries to add a 'description' under the 'advanced fields.' After one tries to add any info in the description, we get the ever long 'Processing Please Wait' window.

Custom Related Lists showing java.lang.NullPointerException
Is anyone else having problems with their custom related lists? I have two separate lists that have been tested and deployed into production and are suddenly now returning nullPointerExceptions. These are (or should I say 'were') grabbing information from a remote system and it was returning XML formatted data. The remote system still is reporting XML properly, so I don't have an explanation of why this is happening.

Can any other customer shed some light on if they're successful in reaching Zoho CRM support and having issues resolved? I've used Zoho for many years with several different companies and many of their products...spending thousands a month with them. But it seems harder and harder to get a question answered or an issue resolved. Fill fields in an account, based on parent account
Hello, We have a number of accounts in our system, some of these accounts are 'child accounts' to other accounts in the system. The child account should have the same address as the parent account. I have created a rule that executes on 'Field Update' - the field is a 'Lookup' field that searches for Accounts and is called 'Parent Account' However, I am not sure what the custom function code should be to find the address details of the 'Parent Account' and then map these to the account that the 'Lookup'

I have used the API To insertrecord. From the response, I use the the record Id of the Lead. Now I want to attach a document to the record from my desktop. Mandatory Column cannot be removed

I'm attempting to create a new view under the Activities module and I'm encountering a prompt that says the field I'm trying to remove is a "mandatory column and cannot be removed." There are a lot of new CRM solutions on the market that are much more advanced in handling the opportunity processing, using a template of tasks to support the sales process , lead nurturing techniques, the switch to Kanban view etc., drag the opportunity from one stage to the next stage. Hello, Today I upgraded from the free Zoho CRM to the paid subscription to take advantage of the e-mail integration with Zoho e-mail. I've watched some YouTube videos on how to do this but the tabs/commands they reference don't seem to match up with tabs/commands I have. Two questions: 1. I'm still using the free Zoho e-mail. Do I have to use paid Zoho e-mail to integrate with Zoho CRM? 2. The videos I saw explained about adding POP3 and SMTP accounts to do the integration. However those video

Importing Tasks from another CRM.
Hi! I am using the import wizard to import tasks from a different CRM using a .CSV file. In the test import I am running, the contact name is not being passed. Also, the Task Owner ID is not working properly because it is assigning all of the tasks to my user instead of the zoho user that I am mapping. Automatically Update Field in All Contacts with Same Account Name

Zoho CRM Note Tagging Notifications are not Properly Notifying the Tagged User via Email
Since mid/late last week, all of our notes that have a tagged user are not properly notifying that user via their email address. These notifications are showing up in our feeds, but not being pushed to the proper user's email. Is anyone else having this issue or is it isolated to my account alone?
