i have situation where i need to search on multiple modules (lets say Leads and Potential together), so is there any way for same? Formatting Phone Fields upon creation of contacts via Leads app.
Hi people, I was just wondering what would be the best way to format a phone field. Currently we can end up with all different types of separators when scanning business cards, some examples being: Landline: 61 - 7 - 43211234 617.4321.1234 Mobile: (041) 234-1234 The goal being to remove all of these erroneous characters. Automatically changing Field Name
When I'm on the layout page of the module Accounts. There is a field 'Bedrijf Nummer' (I've translated the CRM to Dutch). When I actually go to the page where I can add a new Account, the fieldname is changed to 'Bedrijf Aantal'. This is very (very!) confusing. Why is this?

Calculate Two Date Fields And Then Workflow
Hello i have a difficult time to understand how to create a certain workflow. I use quotes module as Prescription. I have created two date fields. First Valid From(Prescription) Second Valid Until(Prescription) So if i choose From 12/5/2016 Until 12/7/2016 This is means that the perscriptions is valid for 2 Months. Now i want to create a workflow that it will be triggered from this calculation. 2 Months 3 months 4 Months etc And a task or event or alert to be created 10 days before prescription expired.

How can I set up Reservation chart (inventory) for rooms in a small inn
Is this something done in a calendar? or an excel file? Or, is each night, in each room, it's own "product"? By that I mean a week's stay in one room would show the client purchasing 7 products (nights)? Just not sure best way to track inventory. It's best if its visual, similar to a calendar. Is an excel file the answer? Has anyone done something like this?

Users can't' verify their accounts
I'm using CRM and Tasks/Projects. When I add a new user, the person gets a link, but when they follow the link they are asked to create a new account and a trial of the Zoho software. I need them to be able to log in and activate their accounts. Does anyone know what the problem is?

Insert Leads Rejected

Combining three names by using formula fied
I have three fields. 1st field is first name, 2nd field is last name and 3rd field is middle name. How can I combine three separate fields into one with an additional character which is a comma (,). For example, 1st field: James 2nd field: Andrews 3rd Fied: Jack. I want an output the looks like this: Andrews, James Jack. I want to do this because normally when a lead is converted to potential everything gets combined. Except for the middle name.
Email alerts - problems with sender's Email ID (From)
Hello, we have started using ZOHO CRM recently and I am now setting all things up including necessary customization. The point where I got stuck is configuration of email alerts. Whatever rule I create, it creates tasks with no problem. When I change the rule to send email alerts instead, I receive no messages in my mailbox. Keep mails in CRM of people who leave the company
Hi, We're facing a problem in Zoho CRM. We love the IMAP integration but we're now having some employees leaving the company and we have the following problems: - If the user gets deactivated in Zoho CRM, his emails will not be shown by other users anymore - We can't close the mailbox otherwise mails will not synchronize anymore and we will loose the mail history I'm sure this is a problem shared by many users. Associating Imported contacts with imported accounts
Hi, I have two separate .csv files: accounts and contacts. Both were linked in the old database using an account ID. The accounts file imports correctly, but when I import the contacts file they import as orphaned contacts (i.e. not associated with any account). How do I link contacts to accounts? Thanks.

How to set a Rule Criteria on Date type field in Zoho CRM?
Hi, I'm working at ZOHO CRM, I'm creating a rule and want to define a rule criteria on a field of Date type. There is a field "User Entered Date" in CRM, and I want to trigger a rule on the basis of this field. If user sets the Closing date field till 14 days of the date stored in User Entered Date. But if he sets Closing date more than 14 days of User Entered Date, the rule should not trigger. Any Help will be appreciated. Thanks.
Over-riding quotes
I want to be able to offer some products foc depending on the customer but include on the quote. I also want to be able to join some products together, not give an individual cost and do a bespoke price for that set of items without having to set each option up as a new product each time. Help please! We have a manufacturing business and sometimes we can be flexible on pricing dependent on the client and the requirements but I feel that this may not be possible?
Connecting CRM or Projects to Sage?
I'm trialling CRM and Projects at the moment and as with all struggling with the lack of integration on quotes turning into projects. Can either be integrated with Sage so I can have the invoices and PO's connecting to that programme?
Easy way to log calls
When looking at a contact and want to log a call, there are a few options. Most open up a badly formatted small box which is difficult to type into and complete. Anyone know how to link to the above page with the contact detail already complete?

Vendor records not loading
Only on some vendors, notes, products, activities and attachments do not load on the page view. We receive a perpetual message that the page is "loading". Directly under where you can select hide details, it also says "undefined". No idea what that means. This does not happen on all vendors, but it happens on certain ones consistently. Please see attached screen shot. Does anyone know what could be causing this error?
Activities component displays wrong time in My Events
I've added a component "Activities" to my CRM home page and selected "My Events" as the "Custom View". It displays my events but with the wrong time. For example, an event scheduled for "14:00" is showing up as "18:00". If I open the Event itself, it displays the correct time.
Migrate from MS Business Contact Manager
No other CRM package has an easy migration process to allow current (and unhappy) users of MS Business Contact Manager to take a .BCM Back up file and just migrate it to another system. If you can do this, the opportunities to add users increases dramtically
