i have switched to another email marketing software is it possible to import contacts back to zoho and select which campaign they had received which i have already entered in Zoho crm?
Web form - html modification
Looking at Webforms. The design function is fairly limited for web forms, so we will almost certainly modify the html to better suit our website - however I was wondering whether there were any plug ins or third party apps, or interesting work arounds, that might: 1. Improve the design functionality inside the CRM 2. Integrate with Zoho to create forms that both pushed data into the CRM, but also pulled data out of the CRM to populate pick lists and dropdown menus, etc Website is built in Wordpress.
Microsoft Dynamics Navision and Zoho
Hello Zoho Forum I am in the market for a new CRM system and Zoho looks really interesting. My plan was to integrate Zoho CRM with Microsoft Dynamics Navision using APPSeConnect. My question is: When a lead becomes an account, it needs to be created in the Microsoft Dynamics Navision. Is there a function for this in Zoho? To push a new customer into, say, Navision? Mapping Existing Fields
We have an existing Zoho CRM, but the mapping not setup initially to accept LEADS, APPLICANTS, and then ENROLL. We customized the Modules to have: LEADS => APPLICANTS => ENROLL When a LEAD comes in we want to convert to APPLICANT and then to ENROLL. The mapping of the fields is not correct. My question is, can we fix the LEAD NAME to map over to APPLICANT name? Do we have to create a new account and have mapping setup correctly before any data gets imported?

New bug with dependency field in opportunity module
we have some custom dependency fields that gives us choices that are not suppose to be there in the opportunity module i will try to explain this We have a few dependent fields that only have one choice if the parent field is chosen then that dependent field will default to that only choice but for some reason since last week the -None- choice started defaulting even though the -None- is not chosen as a valid choice for that parent field. but that bug is only there if the parent field was already
Map Fields for Conversion
Hello, I have created a new module called "Prospect" and i would like to insert him in the mapping field. The idea would be to create new entry as prospect, convert the prospect into Leads once that we qualified them and convert Leads into Account and Contact once that they become customer. Automation tied to notes
Is it possible to be notified via email when a new NOTE is added to a lead? I can get an email notification when we edit a field in the LEAD, but we would like to know when a new note has been added. Cheers, Brian

Account Name History
Hi. Does anyone know of a way to preserve and keep the account name in a history drop down or something related in the CRM Account Screen? In other words often times companies and or organizations change names. It would be nice to update the name but be able to see the previous names. I know salesforce and others have something like this. I have some accounts that change names every few months. I know thee is a audit trail in ZOHO but it is buried to deep under audit trails and requires searching.

Zoho for Real Estate - matching properties with leads
I have been using Zoho to track my buyer leads for real estate and have customized many of the functions. What I would ideally like to do is to input all our properties (which we can do using the existing products tab) and be able to match products (ie properties) with leads. For example a lead looking for a property in a certain areas between price a and price b would come up as a match. Conversely, if we add a new property it will match with buyers who match the property type and price range etc.

I am deciding between Zoho and 2 other real estate specific CRM programs (propertybase.com and plan plus online). I love the clean feel of Zoho but am a little intimidated by having to figure out how to customize the platform to better suit my needs. Custom function
hello, The IT admin of ZCRM create all custom function. When a user update an account the custom function is called, no problem. The problem is that the field MODIFY BY is always the IT admin (= the creator of the custom function). And when the sales director want a report to know who work, there is just IT ADMIN because his custom function update all objects. Do you know a tips to keep the field MODIFY BY with the name of the user and not the creator of the custom function ? The proble is the same

Is there a way to import products onto accounts?
I would like to import the products that we want to list on a customer. This can be more than one product on an account. It would be a massive task to manually add all products to accounts, which we can extract from our ERP system.
Problem with custom fields when merging contacts
Bug report. I have a custom field set up in contacts. When I merge duplicate contacts, it always loses the data in that field, even if that field showing the correct data it is checked in the merge confirmation page.

Cannot add products to a quote
I am trying to add line items to a quote - the Add Products button simply does not work. (THE BUTTON DOES NOT NOTHING; A JAVASCRIPT ERROR IS VISIBLE AT THE BOTTOM OF THE BROWSER) This worked before and seems to have stopped working once the multi-currency option was enabled. Please help.

Has Zoho made this change to annoy me with date/time fields?
I have a custom module which has a Date Time field in it. Ever since I started using it, it was easy - I just typed in the time, such as 1540 and it would appear correctly as 15:40 Now, though, I cannot type in the time. I have to type in 15 then hit the tab key and then type 40. Then, annoyingly the pop-up time picker which is in half hour increments remains visible, blocking the fields below it. What have you done Zoho? You have made the Date Time field much more difficult to use.
Importing Contacts with Account
I just noticed my mass import of contacts converted all the company names to vendors. They are not. The companies for these contacts will all be clients. How can I mass convert Vendors to Clients? Also, why did CRM chose for me? Why did it not ask during the import process? Thanks, Joe

CRM Search on Leads and Contacts
Can you make the Lead name or Contact name the first column on the left when displaying search results? The current search results display is very confusing for clients. We have to tell them to look to the far right column for the name. Company and Opportunity have the Company Name and Opportunity Name in the far left column, but Leads and Contacts show the Owner in the far left column.
Change to Quote/Invoice HTML Editor in Zoho CRM has broken quotes and invoices
Zoho, in the past week or so you have made an unannounced change to the HTML Editor in Zoho CRM for Quotes and Invoices. This change automatically strips out <style> tags and custom HTML attributes that are added in the custom HTML view every time you edit and save a Quote/Invoice template. As a result, you have broken quotes and invoices for numerous customers that have relied on this functionality for years.
