Hello.... I would like to know if there is a way around the character limitation within Estimates in a Proposal Template?
How can I add custom notes to an add customModule form?
I've created a customModule with the alias Contracts. Now I have the field 'duration (months)'. I want to add a note (descriptive text) above or beneath with the text: If contract is of indefinite duration, fill in 0 (zero) How am I able to achieve this? Thanks in advance
Change order of related quick-access fields below a record?
Hi Everyone, I believe this will be an easy fix but don't seem to be able to find the answer. Currently, underneath a record (Lead, Account, Contact) i currently have a standard set of quick-access fields: - Notes - Attachements - Open Activities - Closed Activities - etc. I would like to be able to manage the quick access fields shown and manage the order as well. Where can i do that? Under "Setup" i dont seem to be able to find the place where these things are managed. Thanks in advance, Georgij

Hi, I have setup a free CRM account and wanted to test the features. In Users & Permissions there is an option to edit the module-level permissions. I wanted a sub user to only view and create contacts, however once the change was made the sub user can not access any contact denials al all. is there another step i need to take?
Some of my clients are not receiving my emails
I have sent lots of clients emails via Zoho CRM and lots of them are complaining that they are not receiving them so I end up sending it to them not using zoho, they seem to get these. I have spoken to Zoho Support about this issue loads of times and they say no problem exists and all my emails have been delivered. I understand sometimes email end up in junk mail so may be missed, but this can not be the case for every single one Is anybody else having this problem?

I am new to Zoho CRM, having spent the previous 15+ years with ACT. We have an agricultural irrigation company that deals with a lot of repeat customers. I would like to create a field in Contacts, that would let me categorize customers by the type of general products that they buy from us. For example, we have 8 major product categories, one customer may only buy in one category, but another may buy out of 4 or 5 of the categories. Problem exporting data with arithmetic symbols
In Zoho CRM. If we have a text field filled with a phone number like +1-912-323-2323, while exporting this record the zoho CRM convert it into a calculated value like -1211(or something similar) basically in exporting a report the data is lost. This need to be urgently fixed please.
Zoho and Gmail
We use gmail and zoho and I am looking for more information on how they can work together. I am using the zoho contextual app within gmail, but it is not exactly what I am looking for. When someone sends me an email, or when I send someone and email from my gmail account (within gmail's software, not zoho), I would like to be able to record this email in Zoho and attach it to an account or a contact. More user friendly please
I am working from a long list of leads in a campaign and I understand that only 10 leads can be displayed on each page bu after entering a lead's page and want to exit I encounter the following issues: 1. When I enter a lead and want to exit back to the list to continue to the next lead, it sends me back to the very first page (leads 1-10) which means that when I get to numbers 100 up I will have to start on page one and click until I get to 100 every time I enter a lead's page. 2. I have called support in FOUR countries. I have posted on the forums. I have had chat sessions. I have been promised return phone calls that never come and still NOTHING! Use domain from email to find account name when entering contacts and converting leads
Zoho can make entering contact data much easier. What I'd like to see is; 1. I have an email address in the proper field. 2. when I click the lookup account field, zoho takes the domain name from the email address and puts it into the account lookup field. 3. When Merging Leads - Picture Does not merge over
Hello, I like to Select and Save Pictures for my leads in Zoho CRM. When I have to merge Duplicate Accounts, everything goes smoothly. The one thing that does not transfer over and doesn't give me the ability to select which one to merge, is Picture. When I merge two leads together, the picture is not saved. I have to go back, look for the saved picture, and upload it again. Just wanted to bring this to your guys attention. Thanks.
In progress tasks query not working
Hello, I'm trying to create a view to display all the "in progress" tasks. I want to display both tasks and calls. So my query is: ( (type of activity = task) AND (status = in progress) ) OR ( (type of activity = call) AND (status = planned) ) The problem is when I go to the activity view and I try to add the criteria, there is no "planned" value for the field "status". But when I go to the activity list, I can see the calls and some of them have a status of "planned"... Could you please tell me
Very slow to update from the CRM module to our Support module
We use Zoho to track our Technical support for our customers. When we set up a contact in the CRM that works normally. However it is taking over an hour for that contact to show up and be available in our Support module so that we can open up a support case for that contact.After about an hour the contact is available to be added to a new ticket.

Company Names as Contacts for Leads etc.
Everything I do is by company name as buyers and contacts change. Before I get too along, can I re-import all of my leads to reflect this. As an example, when I am looking at leads within the mobile map feature it shows the contact and not the company. Should I just remap the Contact as the company name and the vice versa? Thanks, Tom
100 Workflow alerts per day?!?! WTF?
What kind of a stupid limit is that? 100? I signed up for your top tier CRM Plus @ $60 per month. And I get 100 alerts? I set up the system for automation. And when a field is toggled, the leads supposed to get an email. Now they never get it, at which point in the day I don't even know. PLUS.... I went and added an extra user at $60, just for the freakin alerts, and now that is reached as well. You gotta be crazy Zoho. You guys are losing the plot. That's the point of having AUTOMATION for crying

Web to Lead email notification not using correct template
I have a newly created web form on my site with a custom email notification template selected. However, when the form is processed it is using the custom email template from a separate web form on the site (but resides on a different page.) Is there a way to add shipping city to the main screen? When I click on Accounts in the CRM I get; account name, phone number and account owner. I would like to add city to this screen so I can organize alphabetically by city as well as by account. Please help.

Converting Leads to Potentials - Don't want to Create an Account!
Hi We are using CRM to track leads. When the sale reaches the stage of meetings/pilot schemes etc we want to convert the lead to a potential. However we do not want it to create an account at the same time! The Account section of our CRM is linked to our support ticketing system so having accounts in there which are not confirmed clients will cause issues for support and reports. I found in the manual that you cannot create a lead with company details into a potential without creating an account.

User Images are not displaying throughout CRM
The user images the are set up in zoho under User & Permissions do not display throughout CRM. Why would user images not show up throughout CRM anymore? All I see is my image. They were all visible and now they aren't.

Updating custom fields with Zoho CRM API?
In ZOHO, we have created several custom fields that we would like to be updated from our custom customer database. As an example, in ZOHO, we have added custom fields such as “LicenseType”. We would like to update the Zoho database with the data from our customer database. So, if we update info in our customer database, the Zoho API would update the Zoho CRM database so that the two systems remain “in-sync” on the custom fields. Is this possible?
