Windows Mobile App
Hi. I assume this question has been asked but..... Will an app be available for Windows Phone - I have found an old app but looked like its been removed. My Company issue windows phones for its employees and I am looking to trial the crm for our sales team. Initially for a small team of 10 but potentially (worldwide) it would be 500+. I like the IOS apps but can't justify asking the company to change mobiles just to have to the app available. Thanks in advance
Social Tab Improvements and Issues
Hi Social tab could have been a great addition to Zoho CRM, but its lacking basic features: When Adding a Lead it only gives the option to add the Last Name... BUT there is no option to add a First Name or Salutation. This option IS available when adding a Contact though, as well as adding Account Name. So why remove it from Leads? It populates the Source Field automatically to the last field... but it does not show this option while adding th Lead/Contact. it simply chooses it for you, so NOW we
Zoho CRM Mail Magnet Problems
Is anyone having issues with the Mail Magnet ? I am currently having problems with a 3 user install where the Magnet works fine for 1 user but not for two others. I have had situations where, although mail does not show in the Magnet it does appear in the email related items for the contact and also instances where it does not appear under the contact - which is really bad news. In both cases where the Magnet fails and the emal does not appear under the contact, I know the email has been matched

I need to be able to cross reference the date of birth and name of a client, first and last when they fill in the form against the zoho database in CRM if wrong, automate a reply, its wrong and if right assign a task to a user Any ideas

Quickbook Integration Nightmares
This shouldn't be so hard... I have the following issues: I want my invoice subjects in Zoho to be descriptive. The web connector will not attempt to transfer invoices is the subject exceeds 12 characters. That is silly. It should truncate the subject if necessary, or better yet, actually use an invoice number in Zoho to map to the Invoice number in QB. I have 35,000 contacts in Zoho, but QB only allows 10,500 (Premier version). I really just want to create a contact in QB if an invoice is pending
Integrating Quickbooks with Zoho CRM - can Purchase Orders be sychonized?
I'm looking for a way to manage and track my Purchase Orders status. I'm just downloaded the Quickbooks Integration 15 day trial, but now that I'm in it, I don't see a way to connect Purchase Orders - just Vendors, Estimate, Sales Orders, etc. Please confirm.

Hello! I am currently on the product page, where it says "Qty in Stock". I'd like it to show a number that reflects a certain number of records in another module, say "Inventory". Records in Inventory are pages relating to the individual products. How can this be done? Thank you! James
Is there a way to fix a BCC email address as default?
Every email I send inside ZohoCRM I set a BCC address, which usually is of my marketing dpt, so, to avoid typing some email address every time, is there some config that allows to set a BCC address and use it as default into whole system when sending emails (or something else)?
ZoHo CRM Event Reminder Email NOT SENDING. PLEASE HELP ASAP!!
I am an administrator, and all of my potentials under my name have events set up. NONE OF THE EVENT REMINDER EMAILS ARE APPEARING IN MY INBOX. Alert emails from Zoho CRM to Zoho users is not working
Hi guys, For some strange reason, no alert emails defined in the workflow sent from our ZohoCRM to our Zoho users is being received. This is happening only to emails sent to our specific domain addresses @grupoabstract.com. When we add personal Hotmail or Gmail email addresses to the alerts, these arrive ok, it is only happening with the domain address @grupoabstract.com. It is not a problem of the rule. Zoho Unsubscription Form Return URL
Hi there, I'm having a problem with this form. It works fine but once the submission to unsubscribe has been made this happens. The return url is showing in another window rather than redirecting to the home page. Can this be changed please? I would prefer to have this redirect to another page (not the home page). Problem creating a list in Leads
When I am creating a list in Zoho Leads and I put in multiple values in criteria like the attached, I get a different number of leads to when I enter the criteria values separately. This shouldn't happen?

Changes to search layout not appearing
I am trying to make a change to the search layout for Leads so include a search on a custom field. I have followed the steps here https://crmkbase.zoho.com/link/how-to-customize-the-search-layout and whilst the changes save in the Setup page they do not appear as search fields on the Leads page Thank you
Migrate from inhouse CRM and need to have leads with our own create date
I need to be able to change the ZoHo ]Created Time[ field to reflect the true date/time our leads where created and not the date the lead was imported. This is extremely important (aka mandatory) to us for reporting and handling of our leads.
Can't find the google apps integration in the apps and add-ons
There is no option for google apps within the apps and add-ons section of the user set-up, though I have full admin rights.
Activate Gmail in Zoho CRM.
When I try to authenticate my Gmail, Google prevents this because Zoho CRM doesn't meet the required security standards. The email I receive from Google contains the following: Someone just tried to sign in to your Google Account ***@***.** from an app that doesn't meet modern security standards. Record count based on created month
Hi, I would like to suggest to add "created month or created quarter" as options for time based sorting of records. Example: I would like to create a report that would show me a record count with number of leads created month by month. In that way i could easily see if the number of leads created in my organisation is increasing or decreasing month by month. The same with contacts, potentials etc.... Attach documents from email into CRM account
Can Zoho Crm be set to automaticlly download and add an attachment to the designated account? Meaning if a client sends me an email with an attachment I want zoho to automatically load to said clients Attachment module under Account view.
