Web to lead form doesn't generate lead in CRM
I've installed the code for a web-to-lead form on my website. When I test the form, it redirects to the thank you page I specified, but no lead is generated in my CRM. I've searched for similar topics, and have already checked the following: 1) I do not have it set up to require leads to be approved. The web form does not generate a lead in the approval queue. 2) The domain names in the form code are set to https:// instead of http://
Can't find email setup
I've setup email for my crm account (i'm hosting my domain email with zoho as well). (i've used it to send email, so it works) I'm trying to find the settings to troubleshoot a problem (sent emails not showing up) and following these directions: https://www.zoho.com/crm/help/email/configure-imap-account.html but the path (setup->personal settings->email settings) doesn't exist on my crm account. Help?

Duplicate Leads (Companies / Persons)
I have set up Zoho so that there are no duplicate emails allowed, is there a way to set up Zoho to not allow more than one company name being created? i.e. I don't want two of my sales guys looking after one company because two individuals have requested a quote from us? Data export from CRM
When exporting CRM data my custom check boxes are not showing up in the available fields. The email opt out check box is showing up but not the custom check boxes. I'm using a webhook to connect to another service and all the fields show up except the check boxes.
Why does "Name" not transfer from Lead to Account ?
I've tried mapping fields but still can not get the First/Last name to transfer from Lead to Account upon conversion. Any help is greatly appreciated!

When you have several leads open in your browser, you can't see the name on the lead so you have to click through all to find the one you are looking for. It would be nice if the browser tab was even more detailed when you are looking at a lead or contact.

Hi, We have 2 users for our google aps/zoho crm account for example name1@ and name2@ however we use a generic email address for all customer contact info@ what's the best way of setting this up so the mail integration works in Zoho CRM, so we can check, assign and respond to emails under our own account name1@ but be working on info@ email account?? How does Zoho CRM decide the order of potentials?
I am trying to write a code that grabs the newest created potential record. I thought I could use the .Get() method using the index of zero, but that doesn't always work because of the way Zoho sorts the records. The records aren't always sorted with the most recently created record being first in the list. I have not been able to figure out how Zoho decides which record to puts at the beginning of the list. Can anyone at Zoho tell me how this works? If not, or it is totally random, does anyone have
Allow CRM Contact attachments to be seen on the CRM Account page.
Dear Zoho CRM Team, Is is possible to allow CRM Contact Attachments to be seen on the CRM Account. Currently, we can only see attachments linked to a Contact on the Contact page. Very slow emails
Godaddy hosts my emails. I've been using Zoho for 4-5 years with Godaddy (POP3). Just recently the time lag between Godaddy receiving emails and the email getting to my Zoho Inbox has increased from a few minutes to up to 2 hours. Can anyone shed light on this problem? I haven't changed any of my settings and Godaddy tell me they have not changed anything. This makes Zoho unworkable unless this can be resolved.
How to prevent people from seeing closed potentials?
We have some sales people, and we want them to be able to see what is currently going on. But we do not want them to see all historical potentials...or better yet, only have them see historical potentials, but NOT see how much revenue those historical potentials brought in. Is there a way to filter out (at a global level) specific groups/roles' ability to see closed Potentials (NOT open ones.,...just closed ones)? Thanks!

I signed up for the ZOHO 15 day free trial and it has ended and would like to use the free version but cannot seem to figure out how to upgrade my account to that. Right now I am working it it but I have limited options, including sharing data with my assistant. Can someone help?
Search Records Layout
Is there a way to organize the layout of the results of a search? For some reason the full name of the contact defaults to the far right columns, and I can't find anywhere in settings that would allow you to re-order the fields as you can with related lists and elsewhere. Am I missing something?
Customizing Contact View in Accounts
Is it possible to customize the Contacts list view when I'm in an Account? Either the one on the right-hand column or the one in the main body below the expandable sections? Can you change the Primary Key Field in a Module?
Hi there, In Zoho CRM our Leads module uses the 'Last Name' field as the required Primary Key. We also have a lookup field in the Lead module for 'Contact' that links the Lead to a Contact. So there is a duplication in our Lead module because it requires the contact name twice; once for the required Primary Key, and a second time to link to a Contact. Instead, we would like to change the Primary Key to 'Project Name'. Each value for 'Project Name' is unique so I don't think it should be a problem.
How do I charge taxes per line item
When creating a quote or an invoice, how do I charge tax per line item instead of charging taxes for the total quote/invoice amount? I have certain products that are taxable and certain services that are not taxable that are combined in my quotes/invoices and I need to separate the two to give me an accurate total. Product Purchase History
How can I create a set up so that when a customer purchases a product, I can add that by selecting the product, have it 1) assign the dollar value to a revenue field; and 2) save the purchase in some sort of purchase history so that when they make their next purchase it just adds to the list? Adding days to a date field with lookup
Hi I have a potential order closing date (variable) that I would like to add a number of days (variable) to depending on the value in the field, this is so that I can calculate revenue date and amount. So far I have created the formula Adddate (${Potentials.Closing Date} ,${Potentials.Days} ,'DAY') but this returns Incorrect data type of argument. Is there a way of adding the two variables together? Guy
Create module-level constant
I want to add metrics to rank potentials. I have added pick fields for these metrics and a formula field to calculate the weighted rank value. I currently have my weighting factors (coefficients in the calculation) hard-coded in the formula field. I would like to set them in one place for the entire potentials module and look them up in the formula. Is there a way to set a variable that is global at the module level?

Hi, I'm writing a formula field to return a Status string (return type is String). It first checks a checkbox, and that part of the formula is working. Next, it compares today's date less 60 days to another field and returns a string value, else it returns a different string value. Revenue Structure
I need some help setting up revenue fields properly. We are a B2B business and have three primary sources of revenue: memberships, individual/package purchases, training. I want to create a structure where I can capture those field as separate, but have them total in a fourth field that is revenue year-to-date. Not sure if there is a way to connect these fields. DRUPAL integration
Hello, Our (external) webmaster says he cannot integrate our website data into ZOHO CRM. We have a Drupal based website www.waxoyl-france.com from which our customers input data.
