Source reports for Dashboards
I'm creating individual "Sales" Dashboards for our different Sales reps, I want to use the same source report but change only the "criteria" on each individual dashboard. Can I do this without having to create/save multiple source reports? Hope that makes sense, Thanks Amanda

Hi, this should be super easy, I already have similar fields and formulas, buit this one won't work, for no apparent reason ${Contacts.Monthly Premium}/0.09 I'm trying to figure the annual premium, based on the monthly cost currency field, and multiply by 0.09. Lead and Contact Reports
Is there a way to crate a report that includes both Leads and Contacts. I understand and use the transition from lead to contact when an opportunity is created. However, to track the entire process from qualifying a lead to proposal to sale would be beneficial.
Search limits and exports
We are just looking at migrating from ACT! and have about 11 users on professional as a trial basis. I quite like Zoho in many ways but I am a bit worried about what to me seem some surprising omissions/limitations: 1. There seems to a some kind of search limit of 250 per day. This looks a serious issue, we needed to switch off the phonebridge incoming call ID and even then we hit the limit. We have 11 users some of whom don't make many searches at all but we don't seem able to average the number

"Vendors" section within the Potential Module
Am I able to add a "Vendors" section within the "Potentials"? I would like very much to see my "Contact Roles" as one section and "Vendors" as another section within the "Potentials" module. Is this possible?

ZohoCRM and Freshdesk
Hello We are just getting started with Zoho and we have been longtime users of Freskdesk. We would like to go to our contact screen and be able to see a list of all the open/closed tickets in Freshdesk. The key would be the contact's email. 1. Has anyone done this sort of integration? 2. Help with advanced search
In the docs it tells me to select the module, in this case leads, then click on the search icon to open advanced search. But nothing happens. If I click the down arrow beside the search icon I get a list of models I can search through, but I don't get the window to select my specific criteria. What am I doing wrong? Any help appreciated. Can I add Products to Potentials via xml?
We are in the process of designing scripts to load our existing data into ZOHO. I have successfully built Potentials and Products via the CRM API. Now the issue is can I add Products to Potentials? It looks like updateRelatedRecords is the closest method I can find. In order for us to use this system, I will have to add several thousand Potentials each will require between 1 and 4 Products so I want to add via the API and not manually.
Problems setting up a new user
I am getting the following email while trying to setup a new user on our Zoho CRM. But the user is not a super admin at all .... has invited you to join ...... CRM account. Since you are already a part of ........ CRM account and you are the super administrator for that account, you will not be able to accept the invitation. To accept this invitation you need to, Make any other user in ....... CRM account as a super administrator and ask them to delete you from that account. You can refer this help

I'm finishing up on the trial version and wondering what version to get. The professional version says email Integration. Does this mean I need this version to send and record emails ent via CRM or that I can't view/log incoming emails from clients? Thanks
Moving from Members (Contacts field) to Former Members (Custom field)
Hello, I would like to be able to convert, or more likely move or import people from my Member (Contacts) Field to my Former Members (Custom) field. We use Zoho for our health club and have leads we convert to contacts (members) once they join the club like everyone else uses. However we usually delete people out of Zoho after they cancel their memberships with us. Go directly from Add Account to Add Contact
Hi, I would like to have a button on the Add Account form which actually does : "Save & New Contact". Basically, it would : - Save the account - Go directly to the Add Contact page to add a new contact related to this account. This means that the Account Name in the Add Contact page will be already filled in. Outlook Categories in ZohoCRM
It would be an extremely useful thing to have Outlook Categories populated within ZohoCRM. Clearly, the system 'look's at the categories when syncing (sync category yes/no). Not having what appears to be a simple thing is very frustrating.

Hi. I have added my own set of user defined fields to the EVENTS template under Accounts. When I look at the EVENTS on the Zoho mobile app, the standard fields are visible but the user defined ones are not. Can I have the user defined fields sync to the app? Thanks

I'd like some advice on whether the following can be automated using Custom Function which requires Enterprise Edition. Here's the scenario that needs to be automated: 1. User updates status of a task to "Mail Merge Completed". 2. Formula field based on other two formula fields
Hi I have some custom fields on Account like this: € field formula field1: € field*21/100 formula field2: € field*7/100 I need a third formula field3 like this: € field+formula field1 - formula field2. I can not create this formula because in the wizard the formula fields are not appearing. Any idea? Thanks in advance.
Sum value in a matrix report returns no records
I have a matrix report that returns record counts in the cells ie works fine. When I customise it and change this to total one of the fields shows no output just "no data available" although it says "Displaying 1 to 13". There is data in the field I want to sum. I have tried re-creating the report from scratch and adding the field concerned to the selected columns before changing it to a matrix report. Makes no difference.
Our Google Calendars are now no longer Syncing with our Zoho Calendar.
I was working in the CRM last night around 6 pm est and the Google Calendar sync was working fine. This morning all of our staff's Google calendars are no longer syncing with their Zoho Calendar. Is anyone else having this same issue? Please note we just changed our primary domain with our Google Apps account and for all our email accounts about two weeks ago. I have also updated my Zoho account to use the new domain email as the primary domain. However, this was working yesterday, so I'm sure why

Dear Zoho CRM and Creator Teams, Just wondering on this thought as is strange I seem to have no issue with a Date/Time field creating Events on users calendars but sometimes I notice that the update to the users Zoho and Google calendar does not work after the business time set in the Admin CRM business hours settings? I also wanted to note this event was created by a Zoho Creator app i'm working on. And on that note is it possible to make the date/time field appear and work the same as the CRM version
About using the AuthToken
I want to retrieve the Accounts, Leads from my ZOHO CRM. I generated the token in my fds laptop few days ago and noted down the token as it is supposed to be permanent. Then I logout and clean cookies. When I use the token in my own computer, it keeps prompting me "No data found" code "4422". I guess it should be something related to the session because I generate the token in other computer? Is there any other solutions apart from regenerate a new token? Thanks

Custom Function return type is void
For some reason, creating a Custom Function from a Button returns a string (which display in "Message Content" popup) but return nothing (void) from a Rule. Is there a way to make the Custom Function either return a string or display a message in the next page (after Save or Edit) if an error occurs?
Using campaigns within zoho CRM
Can someone assist with how i should use a campaign within Zoho CRM. I have created 3 campaigns but it doesn't appear to flow how it want it to. I think i'm using it back to front. False Advertising - No Quickbooks Integration
Im very disappointed in Zoho. The website says over and over again on the comparison details that quickbooks integration is supported. There are even detailed instructions to set it up. That was the deciding factor for me when making my CRM decision. I signed up for the professional version this weekend only to find out there is NO integration. Creator to CRM
Hi I have created an application in Creator. I know that I can create a lead from the creator form via a script. But i have around 50 fields that are normally not used or needed in the lead view, but I would like to be able to viewe them from the CRM system.
