Does anyone know where I can find posting instructions to push data from Ytel (predictive dialer) into my Zoho CRM? I spoke to Ytel and they said I needed this in order to set it up. Thanks, Alex
Problem with custom function
Hi, I'm in trial period of Zoho CRM Enterprise and I'm making some tests to see if I really will use it... Well, one of my test is automation with custom functions to rollup values to potencials from products.. but it does not work.. I've already tried various codes including examples from gallery and nothing works!! To this post, the error I'm talking about happens with default function "Roll-up Potential Amount to Accounts" without any modifications... Here's the response I got from Zoho: Execution
Read-only checkboxes clears themselves at account creation
I need a read-only checkbox to be (and stay) enabled when creating a new account. I've got one set up with the correct read-only permissions but it clears/unchecks itself when saving the account. I'm pretty sure it used to work a few months back (before the new customization layout came out?). We've just started using Zoho for real and are integrating new users but this problem is a step back. Thoughts? Thanks
Labels for mail merge... anyone solved this yet?
I don't seem to be able to make labels on any existing Avery sheet labels. 3.5" x 1.75" doesn't seem to exist in the US. I tried to create a label template in Writer, but the formatting seems impossible to fit to any tight label size, even if just one-up. I miss this from Goldmine, though I prefer Zoho for most things. Any suggestions? I really want to keep the label making within Zoho if at all possible. Thanks, -Paul

Is it possible to add an importance level for a lead?
Hi, As we all know, not all leads are equally important. Is it possible to visualize this in the Zoho CRM? For example: lead X is very important to me: I shall give him 5/5 stars. Lead Y is relatively important: 3/5 stars Lead Z is not important: 1/5 ... Is this (or a similar system) possible in the Zoho CRM? Thanks, Bart

log various activities, e.g. called client, visited client etc
We are starting a Zoho implementation and would like users to log activities with an Account and/or Contact or Lead. An example would be if an Account is visited in person or a call is made. The user should be able to log the date this happened and record some notes. I don't see a good way to do this. The Call activity is kind of close to what but requires things like call duration to be recorded, and it doesn't appear possible to change the fields. Any suggestions on how to handle this?

Birthday Alerts/Reminder and Workflow
I still am not understanding, how a system like Zoho can be so flexible, and yet cannot have the option to develop birthday and anniversary alerts, then run a workflow to send emails, print mailing labels, and do a mail merge. Some of the most inflexible CRMs out there can do this.. I think this implementation is long overdue.. If it is possible, then please let me know how to do this.. thank you.
frustration- but christmas is coming
we use case for service calls to peoples homes. In access we use to print out a service sheet for the engineer to fill in and at the bottom was a report of the last 5 service calls. Cases seem to be very badly supported in templates. We need an inventory template for cases please. What a lovely Christmas present that would be.

Twilio Caller IDs integration for Zoho CRM
Hi all, I think a great addition to Zoho CRM would be to allow custom caller IDs when using Twilio as your VOIP service. Looking at the documentation it doesn't seem it would be a huge task to implement. https://www.twilio.com/docs/api/rest/outgoing-caller-ids It would really be a great help as I have users who work around the country and would benefit from customer caller IDs. Otherwise, love Zoho so far, keep up the good work!
How do I get a leads associated 'Quick Notes' using the API?
I have a requirement to list notes associated with a lead in an application outside of Zoho using the API. I can get the lead information but the notes seem to be contained in a "Quick Notes" field, see below. This seems to be a unique identifier, but I am note sure how to get the list of notes. Rename modules in different languages
I setup language to English (United States). Then I rename module Lead to another name, for example "ABC". When I change language to Vietnamese, it shows ABC too. This is not what I want. I don't want to change Vietnamese name of the module Lead. Please check if this is an issue? Thanks!

Received emails not being saved to contact
Hi In the last 24 hours I've received an email from 2 separate contacts. I've been alerted to these by Mail Magnet which recognises all emails where Zoho CRM has an email address saved for the contact. Although the email messages have appeared in Mail Magnet they've not been added to the contact's Mail records. Has anyone else experienced this problem or is able to provide any help? Thanks.

defult first and surname issues
Hello, New to Zoho (today) Trying to import a 4 Colum excel sheet with 800 companies on iv compiled (not name on the FIRST and SURNAME yet) It wont let me upload as the majority of them don't have the names filled I, they are set to compulsory fields. How can I remove the option to make them compulsory? I want to be able to get the list uploaded and fill in the names as I go? Thanks

Hey guys. I am new to Zoho CRM. And by New.. I mean today is my second day using the program. I am doing some data clean up for a company and one of the things they would like me to do is find duplicate lead records. then find account/ lead duplicate records and merge them into one. I know i can " find and merge duplicates" for a single record, but is there a way to create a list of duplicates before i merge them?

Hi, Our sales team is making customer visits and recording the customer visit as a regular activity.We also record meetings in our office as activity. Why is the contact phone number no longer auto-populating when creating a quote?
When creating a quote, the contact phone number used to auto-populate from the contact module. For some reason, this is no longer happening and we cannot determine what has changed or how to change it back. Please help.

Zoho Mail Add on Problems
I keep getting tons and tons of emails saying that auto fetch has been disabled on my zoho mail account, even though I have completely disabled that email address. How do I stop that? I don't want to delete the account because I have a ton of emails in it that I don't want to lose. However, I am no longer using that email address anymore due to a hack.
