How do I delete synced contacts from Gmail?
I have synced my Gmail contacts, but, unfortunately, most of them were my private contacts - not businesses. How do I delete entire sync to get back to the situation before this unfortunate syncing? Krzysztof
I have a problem importing leads via a csv file.
Hi, I want to import some leads from a CSV file. Should be easy, except ZoHo is miscounting the populated rows. It says I have over 1000 rows, when I only have a few hundred rows populated rows. So will not import the data. How do I overcome this problem? Thanks, Chris

Stateless Forms into CRM
Hi, I have a Stateless Form in a creator app which I would to have accessible from Zoho CRM so that the people in charge of acting on this form can do everything from CRM. When in CRM I import a form from Creator I can see the Stateless form but when I reach the configuration of "Share" it tells me that I can't share it with CRM users. I imagine the problem is linked to the form being Stateless but is there any way I can make it work? Thanks! Andrea

My company issues alphanumeric account numbers. Rather than try to get a Fortune 200 company to overhaul their system, I was hoping for a way to get Zoho to accept letters, not just numbers. Any ideas?

Hello , I need the ability that 1. Only the admin user can export/print the leads and contacts . No other user should be able to do that . If there is some option is that feature available for all the versions or only for some specific versions 2. Accept for the Admin user no one should be able to delete the leads, again if there is some option please specify the versions. 3. Browser Verification isn't working correctly
For some reason my browser verification process isn't working. The Zoho message indicates the verification will last for 180 days on that given browser but I'm having to verify each time I open the browser.

Hello there, I have the following inquiry: When somebody sends me an email and there is another contact cc’d in this email, when I sync the email to the CRM it adds the email to the primary contact who sent it but it does not add it to the secondary contact who was cc’d in it. Please advise, how can I achieve that when syncing emails they are send to all the contacts included in the email? Thank you!

Share problems for Professional Subscription
I have 2 roles role A and role B on the same level I did what the guide says in creating group in every combination possible and "Assistant VP" could not share "VP Fly executive" Leads. I do not have " Data sharing Rules" because I have the professional edition. I even put both persons in the same role, activated share with people in the same role and still one user could not see other user leads. Related-to does not show all options
I have created a few custom modules and all but one of them appears on the "Related to" list in the Activities module. What have I done wrong? I cannot see any difference in the settings of each of the custom modules, in terms of related lists, lookups and so on. The Related-top drop-down in the Activities module simply refuses to show the latest custom module I have created. Any ideas why? There are 8 options in the drop-down menu and I want the 9th one added...!

Automated Workflow Emails Do Not Show All Recipients
I have set up several automation rules that email various people when events occur. For example, when a sales order is approved by management, an approval email automatically goes out to accounting, the sales rep, and the warehouse. However, each recipient is emailed separately, so they don't know what parties have received the same emails. This causes redundant emails to be forwarded as people don't know who received the same email. Am I missing something, or is it impossible to set up recipients
If Record Exists Function
Is there a quick and easy way to see if a record exists in a module in CRM. I am writing some custom functions in CRM and have introduced some error checking. Part of the error checking is to check related records exist (i.e. have not been deleted.) What I am looking to do is If Record Does NOT Exists in Leads using ID 123456 then I write to an error field in my system. Field Name with Space in Custom Function
With your colleagues help I was able work with custom function, but there's problem when I tried to modify the code myself, it doesn't work, and I found out that when the field name is with space in between, it will not react, please advise how to overcome this. When I convert a lead, the account dissapear and the lead dissapear. The data is missing.
The lead has customs fields and and the whole form is modified. The account form was also modified and all the new fields were mapped among them. The data is uploaded in bulk to the leads. When I try to convert a lead into an account, the lead dissapear, but doesn´t get converted into an account. The data is just missing. I hope someone can help us, thanks.

Having Trouble with email integration
I have the professional level and the campaigns. I want to simply send an email to some leads and keep track but can't see how to link up. we traditionally have used outlook so I need to set up to send emails from zoho to look like they are from our email address. I understand that the replies will return to outlook and that I will have to cut & paste to track in zoho. This is a nuisance though. I am not finding in zoho crm where to initiate a one time email to a lead?
